Mit dem renommierten Best Paper Award 2024 der Academy of Management Review (AMR) in Chicago wurden Prof. Sybille Sachs von der HWZ und ihre Co-Autorin Sharon Alvarez von der University of Pittsburgh f\u00fcr ihre wegweisende Forschung zur Entstehung von Stakeholdern und neuen Unternehmungen ausgezeichnet. In ihrer Studie \u201eWhere do stakeholders come from?\u201c, ver\u00f6ffentlicht in der AMR-Ausgabe 48(2) von 2023, erforschen sie die fr\u00fchen Phasen von Unternehmensgr\u00fcndungen aus einer neuartigen Perspektive. Anstatt die Entstehung von Unternehmungen rein \u00f6konomisch zu betrachten, wenden die Autorinnen die psycholinguistische Theorie des \u201ecommon ground\u201c an, um zu erkl\u00e4ren, wie das Commitment von Stakeholdern durch die Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Sprache, Identit\u00e4t und Vision gef\u00f6rdert wird.<\/p>\r\n

Dieser innovative Ansatz wurde von der AMR-Jury besonders hervorgehoben, die die Klarheit und Verst\u00e4ndlichkeit der komplexen theoretischen Konzepte lobte. \u201eDiese Auszeichnung ist eine wunderbare Best\u00e4tigung unserer Arbeit und zeigt, wie wichtig es ist, neue Perspektiven in der Managementforschung zu entwickeln\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Prof. Sybille Sachs. \u201eEs freut mich besonders, dass unsere Theorie zur Entstehung von Stakeholdern und Unternehmungen so positiv aufgenommen wurde. Es ist ein Thema, das mir sehr am Herzen liegt, da es sowohl f\u00fcr die Praxis als auch f\u00fcr die akademische Forschung von grosser Bedeutung ist.\u201c<\/p>\r\n

Der AMR Best Paper Award wird j\u00e4hrlich an herausragende wissenschaftliche Arbeiten verliehen, die einen substanziellen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Managementwissenschaft leisten. In einem starken Bewerberfeld setzte sich der Beitrag von Alvarez und Sachs durch, was die internationale Anerkennung ihrer Arbeit unterstreicht.
