Roger Keller bringt langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und in der F\u00fchrung von Business Units mit. Zuletzt war er Leiter des Gesch\u00e4fts f\u00fcr kleine und mittelgrosse Unternehmen (KMU) bei Swisscom Business Customers, wo er mit seinem Team die Wachstumsstrategie f\u00fcr den Markt der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien erarbeitete und mit Erfolg operativ umsetzte.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Keller weist diversifizierte F\u00fchrungserfahrung in verschiedenen Technologieindustrien aus, unter anderem bei Technicolor und Reichle\u00a0&amp; De-Massari. Er kennt das Projekt-, Service- und Distributionsgesch\u00e4ft mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber jahrelange Erfahrung in der F\u00fchrung von Gesch\u00e4ftsfeldern in den Bereichen Systeme, Software und Services, sowohl im Bereich KMU als auch im Grosskundengesch\u00e4ft. Urspr\u00fcnglich kommt Roger aus dem Aargau, lebte mehrere Jahre im Ausland und wohnt heute mit seiner Familie in der Region Z\u00fcrich. Er ist Elektroingenieur mit Abschluss von der ETH und mit einem Executive MBA HSG und spricht fliessend Englisch und Franz\u00f6sisch.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Keller zur neuen Herausforderung: &#8222;Gemeinsam legen wir die Basis f\u00fcr die Infrastruktur von morgen. Ich freue mich darauf, zusammen mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen von cablex die schon heute erfolgreiche Arbeit fortzuf\u00fchren und die Position von cablex als f\u00fchrendem Unternehmen in der Branche weiter zu festigen.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Urs Lehner, Leiter Swisscom Business Customers, erg\u00e4nzt: &#8222;An dieser Stelle ein grosses Dankesch\u00f6n an Roger f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Arbeit im KMU-Gesch\u00e4ft bei Swisscom und alles Gute auf dem weiteren Weg.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Michael Treunter tritt die Nachfolge von Roger Keller als Head of SME ad interim per 1.\u00a0Oktober 2024 an. Der bisherige CEO ad interim, Francesco Castelletti, wird Roger Keller w\u00e4hrend einer \u00dcbergangsphase unterst\u00fctzen und steht danach bis Ende 2024 beratend zur Verf\u00fcgung, bevor er sich in den Ruhestand verabschiedet. Der Verwaltungsratspr\u00e4sident, Stefan N\u00fcnlist, bedankte sich bei Francesco Castelletti f\u00fcr seine hervorragende Arbeit w\u00e4hrend seiner \u00fcber 40-j\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeit f\u00fcr den Swisscom-Konzern.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich wird Ulrich Sch\u00e4dler als neuer Chief Financial Officer (CFO) zu cablex stossen. Ulrich Sch\u00e4dler bringt langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung aus den Reihen von Swisscom mit und wird die Finanzabteilung von cablex ab dem 1.\u00a0Januar 2025 \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Des Weiteren wird Thomas von Arx, der die Organisationseinheit Field Services bei cablex interimistisch gef\u00fchrt hat, diese ab dem 1.\u00a0Oktober 2024 definitiv \u00fcbernehmen und somit Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung werden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit diesen Ver\u00e4nderungen ist cablex bereit, die Strategie des Unternehmens erfolgreich umzusetzen und weiterhin die f\u00fchrende Position in der Schweiz f\u00fcr Netzinfrastruktur, Services, Smart-Energy und Wireless-Vernetzung einzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Verwaltungsrat bedankt sich bei Francesco Castelletti und Urs Ringgenberg f\u00fcr ihre herausragende Arbeit und w\u00fcnscht Roger Keller, Ulrich Sch\u00e4dler und Thomas von Arx viel Erfolg bei ihrer neuen T\u00e4tigkeit.\u2003<\/p>\n<p><em>Quelle: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cablex.ch\">www.cablex.ch<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Verwaltungsrat der cablex AG freut sich, bekanntzugeben, dass Roger Keller ab dem 1.
