(Bild: zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Ern\u00e4hrung hat weitreichende Konsequenzen f\u00fcr unsere Gesellschaft: Einerseits wirkt sich die Art und Weise, wie Nahrungsmittel produziert, verarbeitet und konsumiert werden auf Umwelt, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft aus. Andererseits h\u00e4ngen viele verbreitete Krankheiten mit der Ern\u00e4hrung zusammen. Die k\u00fcnftige Ern\u00e4hrung muss darum sowohl Aspekte der Nachhaltigkeit als auch der Gesundheit ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen NFP 69-Projektes \u00abSustainable and healthy diets: Trade-offs and synergies\u00bb wurden Synergien und Zielkonflikte zwischen den beiden Feldern analysiert. Es zeigt verschiedene Szenarien auf und liefert Strategien, um die Ern\u00e4hrung in der Schweiz ges\u00fcnder und gleichzeitig nachhaltiger zu gestalten. Die Untersuchung bewertet, wie sich die Ern\u00e4hrung der Schweizer Bev\u00f6lkerung auf Umwelt, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft sowie auf die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit auswirkt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Niederschwellig und anschaulich<\/strong><br \/>\nDie SGE hat die Szenarien und Strategien aus dem NFP 69-Projekt anhand von Comicstrips mit sechs unterschiedlichen Protagonisten visualisiert. Dabei werden unterschiedlichste Themen angesprochen wie Fleischkonsum, Food Waste, Herkunft und Produktionsbedingungen. Beleuchtet werden zudem auch die Gedanken der einzelnen Personen, deren Erfahrungen und Vors\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die Zukunft.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abKeiner ist perfekt. Manches gelingt uns schon gut, manches jedoch noch nicht.
