(Bild: www.franke.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Schweizer Franke Gruppe mit Hauptsitz in Aarburg hat einen Kaufvertrag zum Erwerb von 100% der Wesco Gruppe, einem Premiumhersteller von hochwertigen Dunstabzugshauben und L\u00fcftungssystemen in der Schweiz und Deutschland, abgeschlossen. Der Vollzug der Transaktion steht noch unter dem Vorbehalt der Genehmigung durch die zust\u00e4ndigen Wettbewerbsbeh\u00f6rden. Finanzielle Details der Transaktion werden nicht bekannt gegeben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Tochtergesellschaft der Wesco Gruppe, die Wesco AG, ist ein anerkannter Experte f\u00fcr Dunstabzugshauben und Luftfiltration im Wohnbereich, Schulen und B\u00fcros in der Schweiz. Die berbel Ablufttechnik GmbH, die deutsche Tochter der Gruppe, ist eine f\u00fchrende Marke f\u00fcr Dunstabzugshauben und Kochfeldabz\u00fcge in Deutschland. Im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2022\/2023 erwirtschaftete die Wesco Gruppe einen Nettoumsatz von 97 Millionen Schweizer Franken und besch\u00e4ftigte insgesamt 280 Mitarbeitende.<\/p>\n<h3>Starke Marken vereinen sich unter Franke Home Solutions<\/h3>\n<p>Die Wesco Gruppe wird Teil von Franke Home Solutions, einer Division der Franke Gruppe und der weltweit f\u00fchrende Anbieter von intelligenten Systemen und L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die private K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n<p>Der Erwerb der Wesco Gruppe bietet der Franke Gruppe die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Position im Markt f\u00fcr Dunstabzugshaben zu st\u00e4rken und schrittweise eine f\u00fchrende Position in Deutschland und der Schweiz zu erreichen.
