(Bild: Hays)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Trotz oder gerade wegen des Hypes um digitale und agile Organisationen: Mitarbeiter zu halten ist das Top-HR-Thema f\u00fcr 2018. Auf Platz 2 der HR-Agenda in Unternehmen liegt die Flexibilisierung der Arbeitsstrukturen. Die Besch\u00e4ftigungsf\u00e4higkeit der Mitarbeiter zu f\u00f6rdern ist erstmals der drittwichtigste Punkt unter den HR-Themen. Dies zeigen die Ergebnisse des HR-Reports 2018, den Hays und das Institut f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigung und Employability (IBE) nun ver\u00f6ffentlicht haben. Befragt wurden \u00fcber 1000 Personen aus Unternehmen und Organisationen.<\/p>\n<h2>Durch mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t Mitarbeiterbindung erh\u00f6hen<\/h2>\n<p>\u201eDurch den Druck, den die demografische Entwicklung, die Digitalisierung und der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel entfachen, nimmt der Kampf um Mitarbeiter deutlich zu. Daher liegt die Mitarbeiterbindung ganz oben und es gilt, den Mitarbeitern mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t einzur\u00e4umen. Durch die zunehmende Ver\u00e4nderungsgeschwindigkeit ist es zudem ein Gebot der Stunde, Mitarbeiter besch\u00e4ftigungsf\u00e4hig zu halten&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt Prof. Dr. Jutta Rump, Direktorin des IBE, das Ranking. Halten lassen sich Mitarbeiter vor allem durch ein gutes Betriebsklima (57 %). Danach folgen flexible Arbeitszeiten (46 %) und eine marktgerechte Entlohnung (44 %). Bei der Realisierung dieser Themen sind die befragten Unternehmen vorangekommen. Die Differenz zwischen Bedeutung und Umsetzung dieser Instrumente hat sich deutlich verringert.<\/p>\n<h2>Starre Prozesse stehen Entwicklung im Weg<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr die H\u00e4lfte der Befragten (51 %) spielt das Thema agile Organisation bereits heute eine grosse bzw. sehr grosse Rolle. Mit steigender Position nimmt die Bedeutung einer agilen Organisation signifikant zu. Als gr\u00f6sste H\u00fcrde betrachten die Befragten zu starre Prozesse und Abl\u00e4ufe (36 %). F\u00fcr 31 Prozent ist es die mangelnde Ver\u00e4nderungsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. \u201eK\u00fcnftig geht es mehr denn je darum, vernetzte und integrierte Prozesse aufzusetzen. Diese gehen vom Kunden und nicht von internen Prozesshandb\u00fcchern aus. Gleichzeitig m\u00fcssen sie eine hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t bieten, um auf neue Marktgegebenheiten schnell reagieren zu k\u00f6nnen&#8220;, so Marc Lutz, Managing Director bei Hays Schweiz.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\">Fachliche Kompetenzen entscheiden \u00fcber F\u00fchrungskarrieren<\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Weiter fragte die Studie nach den Karrierem\u00f6glichkeiten. F\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskarrieren sind fachliche (43 %) ungleich wichtiger als soziale Kompetenzen (29 %). Bei der Frage, wie F\u00fchrungskarrieren gemacht werden, gehen die Meinungen der Befragten auseinander. Die H\u00e4lfte der Befragten sieht eine systematische Vorgehensweise (jeweils 25 % halten Empfehlungen und eine strategische Nachfolgeplanung f\u00fcr entscheidend). Auf der anderen Seite meint ein Viertel, sie entst\u00fcnden \u00fcber interne Netzwerke, und f\u00fcr 21 Prozent spielt der Zufall eine herausragende Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Der j\u00e4hrlich erscheinende HR-Report analysiert zentrale HR-Fragestellungen in Organisationen. Er basiert auf einer Online-Befragung, an der 1036 Mitarbeiter aus Unternehmen und Organisationen im deutschsprachigen Raum teilnahmen.
