F\u00fcr Mitarbeitende mit einem Gesamtarbeitsvertrag wurde eine generelle Lohnerh\u00f6hung von mindestens 1 Prozent vereinbart, w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr Kaderangestellte individuelle Anpassungen im gleichen Umfang vorgesehen sind. Auf diese Massnahme haben sich Coop und der Sozialpartner VdAC geeinigt, wie Coop in ihrer Medienmitteilung bekanntgibt.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00dcber die letzten zehn Jahre hinweg hat Coop die L\u00f6hne um insgesamt 10,7 Prozent erh\u00f6ht, was einer Reallohnerh\u00f6hung von 4,4 Prozent entspricht \u2013 ein starkes Bekenntnis zur fairen Entlohnung und zur Attraktivit\u00e4t als Arbeitgeberin im Schweizer Detailhandel. Die Ank\u00fcndigung folgt zeitgleich mit der milliardenschweren Investitionen der Migros, die mit Preissenkungen auf die aktuelle wirtschaftliche Lage reagiert. Coop erg\u00e4nzt das Zeichen durch die Lohnerh\u00f6hung, was in Zeiten wachsender Unsicherheiten am Arbeitsmarkt f\u00fcr positive Resonanz sorgt.<\/p>\r\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zur fairen Entlohnung profitieren Coop-Mitarbeitende von weiteren Vorteilen, wie es in der Medienmitteilung heisst, darunter hohe Arbeitgeberbeteiligungen bei Pensionskassenbeitr\u00e4gen, Treuepr\u00e4mien und zahlreiche Verg\u00fcnstigungen.
