Der Kongress richtet sich an Marketing- und Kommunikationsfachleute aus dem Gesundheitssektor und sorgt f\u00fcr neue Erkenntnisse in der Gesundheitskommunikation. \u201cDie zahlreichen Besucherinnen und Besucher des ersten Kommunikations Summits zeigten, wie gross das Interesse an zukunftsweisender Gesundheitskommunikation ist. Wir freuen uns, dass so viele Fachleute aus dem Gesundheitswesen anwesend waren und wir zusammen die Kommunikation in unserer Branche auf ein neues Level bringen k\u00f6nnen\u201d, sagte Joel Brandenberger, Gesch\u00e4ftsleitungsmitglied von MediCongress.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Storytelling, Content und Zukunftsausblicke<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Die Referierenden nahmen die Besucher:innen auf eine Reise in die Welt des modernen Gesundheitsmarketings. Kommunikations- und Medienexperte Ferris B\u00fchler er\u00f6ffnete den Tag mit einem Vortrag \u00fcber Storytelling, der verdeutlichte, wie lebendige Geschichten das Vertrauen der Patient:innen st\u00e4rken k\u00f6nnen. Anschliessend folgten praxisorientierte Einblicke ins Content-Marketing, bei dem Strategien f\u00fcr authentische und zielgerichtete Inhalte vorgestellt wurden. Google Direktorin Britta Fleck warf mit dem Publikum einen Blick in die Zukunft der KI-gest\u00fctzten Werbung, und erg\u00e4nzende Vortr\u00e4ge thematisierten, wie KI und integrierte CRM-Tools die Kampagnenentwicklung und Kundenbindung effizienter gestalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Unternehmenskultur und Krisenbew\u00e4ltigung<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Nach einem inspirierenden Networking-Mittag er\u00f6ffnete Dietmar Dahmen, der charismatische Gr\u00fcnder und CEO von Dietmar Dahmen Brainkicks GmbH, die Nachmittagsrunde mit einem packenden Auftakt: \u201eZukunft und Wandel passieren \u2013 ob wir wollen oder nicht. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, nicht nur Schritt zu halten, sondern die Ver\u00e4nderungen voranzutreiben und aktiv zu gestalten\u201c, meinte der Innovationsexperte. Weitere Referate zum Thema Unternehmenskultur, Employer Branding und Fusions-Branding erg\u00e4nzten das Programm. Den Abschluss bildeten Mathias Ebneter und Guido Marsch vom IT-Dienstleister Netsafe, mit einem Fallbeispiel zum Thema Cyberangriffe, das zeigte, wie gezielte Kommunikation eine Krise entsch\u00e4rfen kann.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mit umfassenden Kommunikationsthemen bot MediCongress beim ersten Kommunikations Summit ein abwechslungsreiches Programm, das aktuelle Herausforderungen der Gesundheitskommunikation adressierte.
