Genau dies war die Vision des Bieler Industriedesigners Bj\u00f6rn Ischi. Seit l\u00e4ngerem ber\u00e4t Ischi die B\u00fcrom\u00f6bel Herstellerin Bigla Office und als er begann das Unternehmen Biella in der Produktinnovation zu unterst\u00fctzen, wurde der Gedanke konkret. Nicht zuletzt da sich die B\u00fcrowelt durch die Digitalisierung und neue Arbeitsformen wie Co-Working im Wandel befindet. Warum eigentlich nicht Unternehmen aus der gleichen Branche miteinander vernetzen und die Ressourcen der wirtschaftlichen St\u00e4rken und das gemeinsame Know-how nutzen und auf neue und innovative Produkte applizieren? Damit dieser Innovationsgedanke sicht- und erlebbar wird, wurde nun ein Raum daf\u00fcr geschaffen und das \u201eInnOffice Lab&#8220; war geboren.<\/p>\n<h2>Das InnOffice Lab<\/h2>\n<p>Das InnOffice Lab besteht aus den Unternehmen Biella aus Br\u00fcgg und Bigla Office aus Biglen. Beides sind traditionelle Schweizer Herstellerinnen von Produkten im B\u00fcrobereich. Biella ist Marktleaderin in der Herstellung von B\u00fcromaterial und Bigla Office produziert B\u00fcrom\u00f6bel. Gemeinsam bringen die Unternehmen \u00fcber 200 Jahre Erfahrung in der Branche mit. Diese Ressourcen werden jetzt gezielt im hauseigenen InnOffice Lab in den R\u00e4umlichkeiten von Biella den Kunden zu nutzen gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Damit die Struktur- und Arbeitswege verk\u00fcrzt werden, sollen interne Prozesse neu definiert und zusammengef\u00fchrt werden. Durch Workshops wird im Produktmanagement gezielt auf einem Thema gearbeitet, wie z.B. die Digitalisierung oder das B\u00fcro der Zukunft, in denen neue Produkte erschaffen werden. \u201eDie bestehenden Innovationprozesse werden durch bewusste Methodik wie z.b. Design Thinking erweitert und soll abstrakte Ideen schneller zu marktreifen Produkten f\u00fchren.&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt Ischi das Vorgehen im\u00a0neuen Innovations-Labor\u00a0und erg\u00e4nzt, \u201eMit Produktpr\u00e4sentationen, Prototyping und Live-Testings vor Ort kann speditiver Einfluss in die Optimierung vorgenommen werden.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Markus Heinzle, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Biella Schweiz unterst\u00fctzt die Idee vollumf\u00e4nglich: \u201eDas InnOffice Lab soll eine gelungene und effiziente Plattform werden, welches die Mitar-beiter beider Firmen zu ihrem Nutzen machen k\u00f6nnen. Diese k\u00f6nnen vor Ort gleich in die Produktentwicklung und -optimierung eingreifen, und zugleich das Wissen aus ihrem Bereich einfliessen lassen.&#8220; Auch Eduard B\u00e4hler, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Bigla Office, war von Anfang an begeistert: \u201eMit dem InnOffice Lab k\u00f6nnen wir die Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden entwickeln und verbessern. Somit sind wir zielgerichteter und kundenorientierter unterwegs.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h2>Experten im Innovations-Labor treffen<\/h2>\n<p>Beide Unternehmen nutzen das Innovations-Labor im Moment f\u00fcr ihre internen Zwecke der Produkt- und Wirtschaftsentwicklung. Ideen f\u00fcr eine externe Nutzung bestehen. Sobald das InnOffice Lab intern etabliert ist, ist angedacht unter dem Motto \u201eMeet the Expert&#8220; die T\u00fcren mit Events und Pr\u00e4sentationen f\u00fcr KMU\u2019s und f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeit zu \u00f6ffnen. Mit gezielten Themen wie \u201eFuture Trends&#8220;, \u201eCo-Working Space&#8220; oder \u201eAblegen mit System&#8220; sollen Inspiration, Diskussion und Networking geschaffen werden. F\u00fcr Unternehmen k\u00f6nnten individuelle L\u00f6sungen entwickelt und direkt von Testpersonen getestet werden.
