Nicolas Roland wird die Strategie und Entwicklung des Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichs Raja Office leiten, der mit den Unternehmen Viking, Mondoffice, JPG, Kalamazoo, Bernard und Welcome Office in zehn europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern vertreten ist. Raja Office ist mit einem Umsatz von 800 Millionen Euro der gr\u00f6sste Online-H\u00e4ndler f\u00fcr B\u00fcrobedarf und -ausr\u00fcstung in Europa.<\/p>\n

„Alain Josse hat seit 2006 stark zur Entwicklung der Raja-Gruppe beigetragen. Ich danke ihm zutiefst f\u00fcr seine Entschlossenheit, seine F\u00fchrungsst\u00e4rke und seine menschlichen Qualit\u00e4ten. Ich freue mich sehr, Nicolas Roland begr\u00fcssen zu d\u00fcrfen, dessen Kenntnisse des Marktes f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4ftsausstattung eine grosse St\u00e4rke sind. Von Hilti zu Raja<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bevor er zur Raja-Gruppe kam, war Nicolas Roland 13 Jahre lang (2011-2024) F\u00fchrungspositionen bei Hilti, dem weltweit t\u00e4tigen Hersteller von Werkzeugen und Zubeh\u00f6r f\u00fcr die Bauindustrie, t\u00e4tig: Generaldirektor Westfrankreich (2022-2024), Generaldirektor Philippinen (2020-2022), Senior Vice President Logistik f\u00fcr die Region Asien-Pazifik (2018-2020) und Senior Vice President Global Distribution (2011-2018).<\/p>\n

Nicolas Roland war zuvor von 2009 bis 2011 Generaldirektor der Odilis-Gruppe, einem franz\u00f6sischen mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen, das auf Industriemechanik spezialisiert ist. Zwischen 2001 und 2009 war er bei Osram, einem weltweit f\u00fchrenden Hersteller von Beleuchtungsprodukten, in leitenden Positionen im Bereich Logistik in Frankreich, Deutschland, China und Hongkong t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n

Nicolas Roland spricht fliessend Franz\u00f6sisch, Englisch und Deutsch. Er hat in Frankreich und England studiert und besitzt u. a. einen MBA (Master of Business Administration) der Coventry University.<\/p>\n

Nicolas Roland trat am 30. September 2024 als neues Vorstandsmitglied der Raja-Gruppe bei und \u00fcbernahm die Leitung des Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichs Raja Office, der auf den Vertrieb von B\u00fcrobedarf und -ausr\u00fcstung spezialisiert ist. Er wird im Januar 2025 die Nachfolge von Alain Josse antreten, der nach \u00fcber 40 Berufsjahren, davon 18 bei der Raja-Gruppe, in den Ruhestand geht.
