Dazu hat sie im Mai eine\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/ratsbetrieb\/suche-curia-vista\/geschaeft?AffairId=20200433\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">parlamentarische Initiative<\/a>\u00a0verabschiedet und nun eine Subkommission dazu eingesetzt. Die Subkommission solle \u201edie verschiedenen Anliegen der Initiative vertieft pr\u00fcfen und mit dem Einbezug von betroffenen Branchen einen Vorentwurf zuhanden der Plenarkommission ausarbeiten\u201c, heisst es in einer\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/press-releases\/Pages\/mm-urek-n-2020-08-11.aspx?lang=1031\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mitteilung<\/a>\u00a0der Umweltkommission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Die Initiative der Umweltkommission sieht unter anderem vor, dass Abf\u00e4lle stofflich verwertet werden m\u00fcssen, solange dies technisch machbar und wirtschaftlich tragbar sei. Das betreffe insbesondere Metalle, Baustoffe und Phosphor. Der Bund solle Hersteller und H\u00e4ndler auch verpflichten k\u00f6nnen, Verpackungen aus kreislauff\u00e4higen Materialien zu verwenden. Zudem solle er eine Plattform zur F\u00f6rderung der Schweizer Kreislaufwirtschaft betreiben.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Die Umweltkommission des St\u00e4nderates unterst\u00fctzt die Initiative aus der nationalr\u00e4tlichen Kommission. Sie m\u00fcsse aber \u201einnovative und zukunftsweisende Rahmenbedingungen aufweisen, die sich auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft abst\u00fctzen\u201c, schrieb sie in einer\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/press-releases\/Pages\/mm-urek-s-2020-06-23.aspx?lang=1031\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Medienmitteilung<\/a>\u00a0im Juni.
