Seit f\u00fcnf Jahren ist Schgaguler bei Weleda t\u00e4tig. Im Fr\u00fchling 2022 hat sie die Rolle als Head Group Brand Management Cosmetics \u00fcbernommen. Schgaguler bringt zwanzig Jahre Erfahrung in der Konsumg\u00fcterbranche mit, unter anderem aus dem Marketing bei Novartis, dem Product & Sales Management bei LVMH und dem Brand Management bei Procter & Gamble. \u00abSusanne hat gezeigt, dass sie mit ihrer ausgepr\u00e4gten Branchen- und Markenexpertise, ihrer starken Umsetzungskraft und F\u00fchrungsst\u00e4rke massgeblich zum Wachstum der Marke beitr\u00e4gt\u00bb, sagt Weleda-CEO Tina M\u00fcller. Der bisherige CMO, Lars Zirpins, wird das Unternehmen im Dezember in beiderseitigem Einvernehmen nach zwei erfolgreichen Jahren bei Weleda verlassen.
