Nach f\u00fcnf Jahren an der HWZ hat sich die bisherige Leiterin Marketing & Kommunikation Daniela Dunne entschieden, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu widmen. Mit Sandra Bornand und Laura Oderbolz hat die HWZ eine interne Nachfolgel\u00f6sung gefunden. Per Anfang Januar haben die beiden die Abteilung in einer Co-Leitung \u00fcbernommen. Damit einhergehend wurde das Marketing- und Kommunikationsteam neu organisiert.<\/p>\r\n

Die neue Leiterin Marketing Sandra Bornand bringt langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, digitale Kommunikation, Social Media und Web-Projektmanagement mit. Seit ihrem Eintritt in das HWZ-Team im Jahr 2013 hat sie unter anderem den Aufbau der Website und die Social-Media-Strategie der Hochschule massgeblich mitgestaltet. Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium \u00abdipl. Chief Digital Officer NDS HF\u00bb erg\u00e4nzt ihre Expertise in der digitalen Transformation und Strategie.<\/p>\r\n

\u00abEs ist mir ein grosses Anliegen, die Marke sowie das Marketing so weiterzuentwickeln, dass wir Studierende und Partnerinnen und Partner auch in der digitalen Zukunft nachhaltig \u00fcberzeugen\u00bb, wird Bornand in einer Mitteilung der HWZ zitiert.<\/p>\r\n

Laura Oderbolz, neue Leiterin Kommunikation, hat in ihrer bisherigen Funktion als Corporate Communications Managerin seit 2019 die Bereiche interne und externe Kommunikation sowie das Content Marketing an der HWZ erfolgreich auf- und ausgebaut. Mit einem Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikation mit Vertiefung in Organisationskommunikation der ZHAW und einem Master of Advanced Studies in Business Communications der HWZ verf\u00fcgt sie \u00fcber eine fundierte Expertise in strategischer Kommunikation, mit besonderem Fokus auf interne und Change Kommunikation.<\/p>\r\n

\u00abIn den letzten f\u00fcnf Jahren habe ich die HWZ als inspirierenden Ort kennen und sch\u00e4tzen gelernt. Es ist mir wichtig, die Pr\u00e4senz der HWZ weiter zu st\u00e4rken und eine authentische, vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu unseren Anspruchsgruppen aufzubauen respektive weiter zu pflegen.
