Kehrli \/ Swiss Excellence Forum)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Das Gemeinschaftsprojekt \u201eNachhaltige Schokolade aus Ecuador\u201c von Coop und ihrem Tochterunternehmen Chocolats Halba\u00a0verfolgt wirtschaftliche, \u00f6kologische und soziale Ziele: u.a. die Steigerung des Lebensstandards, der Biodiversit\u00e4t und die Integration und F\u00f6rderung von Nachwuchsbauern. Das Projekt orientiert sich am \u201eTrain the Trainer\u201c Prinzip. Kakaobauern in Ecouador\u00a0(speziell Frauen und junge Leute) werden in den Methoden dynamischer Agrarforstwirtschaft ausgebildet. Als sog.\u00a0Facilitadores geben sie ihr Wissen weiter und werden zu Botschaftern f\u00fcr nachhaltigen Kakaoanbau. Damit wird der Grundstein f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Existenzsicherung der Kleinbauern in Ecuador gelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses in seiner Wirkung umfassende Projekt wurde am 26. April 2018 durch das Swiss Excellence Forum im Rahmen der Ethical Leadership Tagung im KKL Luzern mit dem Swiss Ethics Award ausgezeichnet. Ebenfalls nominiert waren die Clinica Luganese Moncucco, Ikea und Swisscom mit ihren jeweils eigenen Projekten f\u00fcr h\u00f6here ethische Massst\u00e4be in der Wirtschaft.
