Doch was braucht es, damit Unternehmen der Kreativit\u00e4t ausreichend Raum geben? Und sie zur Chefsache machen? \u00abUnternehmen ben\u00f6tigen Reisebegleiter, die sie auf diesem Weg unterst\u00fctzen\u00bb, sagt Thomas Aerni, Partner und Lead Strategy bei Comm-unity. Diese m\u00fcssen einerseits die Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette verstehen, andererseits neue Impulse geben k\u00f6nnen \u2013 und sie in praktikablen L\u00f6sungen umsetzen. \u00abGenau daf\u00fcr haben wir unser neues Agenturmodell der Comm-unity creative collective AG entwickelt.\u00bb<\/p>\r\n

Comm-unity ist aus dem Zusammenschluss der Agenturen Basel West Unternehmenskommunikation, Sagbar, Visuelle Fabrik und Aerni Digital Solutions entstanden. Die \u00e4lteste ihrer Wurzeln reicht zur\u00fcck ins Jahr 1969, als Albin Kirchhofer den Vorl\u00e4ufer von Basel West gr\u00fcndete. Schon fr\u00fch setzte er auf Content Marketing, weswegen sich Comm-unity als Schweizer Pionier auf diesem Gebiet bezeichnet.<\/p>\r\n

Gemeinschaft statt Hierarchien<\/h2>\r\n

\u00abUnser Miteinander ist kein Schnellschuss, sondern organisch durch gemeinsame Projekte gewachsen\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Aerni. \u00abWir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass wir im Kollektiv an Kraft gewinnen \u2013 durch Kreativit\u00e4t, Kollaboration, Kommunikation und kritisches Denken.\u00bb<\/p>\r\n

Die vier Inhaber Thomas Aerni (Lead Strategy), Stephan Lehmann-Maldonado (Lead Content), Roman Albertini (Lead Design) und Michael Aerni (Lead Digital) bilden die F\u00fchrungscrew. Jeder kann auf eine erfolgreiche unternehmerische Laufbahn zur\u00fcckblicken und ist ein Experte seiner Disziplin. \u00abJeder von uns beherrscht andere Instrumente. Die Kunst besteht f\u00fcr uns darin, nicht nur Noten ab Blatt zu spielen, sondern im Kollektiv zu improvisieren.
