(Bild: www.winterthur.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse der Unternehmensbefragung 2024 zeigen, dass die Grundstimmung der Unternehmen in der Wirtschaftsregion Winterthur weithin \u00fcberwiegend positiv ist. Allerdings ist die Zufriedenheit mit den wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen merklich gesunken. Die Standortzufriedenheit hat im Vergleich zum Vorjahr deutlich nachgelassen. Knapp 70 Prozent der befragten Unternehmen gaben an, mit den Rahmenbedingungen der Wirtschaftsregion Winterthur eher bis sehr zufrieden zu sein. Im Vorjahr lag dieser Wert noch bei rund 87 Prozent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDie Entwicklung unterstreicht die Notwendigkeit, sich f\u00fcr die hier ans\u00e4ssigen Unternehmen und ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse einzusetzen\u00bb, sagt Jakob B\u00e4chtold, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Leiter Wirtschaft von House of Winterthur. Um bessere R\u00fcckschl\u00fcsse auf die Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die sinkende Zufriedenheit ziehen zu k\u00f6nnen, wird House of Winterthur im Jahr 2025 die Anzahl der Firmen- und Mitgliederbesuche steigern und vermehrt Gespr\u00e4che mit Wirtschaftsvertretenden f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel besch\u00e4ftigt Unternehmen, Investitionsbereitschaft steigt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In der Umfrage wird der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel von den Unternehmen als gr\u00f6sste Herausforderung f\u00fcr das kommende Jahr genannt, gefolgt von politischen Bestimmungen, Preisdruck, Auftragslage und Konsumverhalten. Trotz der genannten Herausforderungen erwarten gut drei Viertel der Unternehmen eine eher positive bis sehr positive Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung f\u00fcr 2025. Dieser Wert liegt leicht unter dem Vorjahreswert von 80 Prozent. Nochmals leicht zugenommen hat die Investitionsbereitschaft, die mit \u00fcber 55 Prozent einen neuen H\u00f6chststand erreicht und zeigt, dass sich viele Unternehmen am Standort weiterentwickeln werden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>N\u00e4he und Immobiliensituation als wichtige Standortfaktoren<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Entscheiden f\u00fcr die Standortwahl sind f\u00fcr die Firmen haupts\u00e4chlich die Kundenn\u00e4he (19,9 Prozent) und der private Wohnsitz (17,2 Prozent), gefolgt von der N\u00e4he zum privaten Netzwerk, der Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Immobilien sowie der niedrigeren Miet- und Immobilienpreise.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Zur Unternehmensbefragung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Seit sieben Jahren f\u00fchrt House of Winterthur die Unternehmensbefragung bei Firmen in Stadt und Region Winterthur durch. Abgefragt werden jeweils Themen wie die Zufriedenheit mit dem Standort und aktuelle Herausforderungen. Rund 150 Unternehmen haben im Sp\u00e4therbst 2024 an der Umfrage teilgenommen.
