Anw\u00e4lte f\u00fcr Steuerrecht konnten 20 Prozent und mehrsprachige Verkaufsleiter konnten 18 Prozent zulegen. Geopolitische Ereignisse, Unterbrechungen der Lieferketten und Nachfrageschwankungen haben zu einer erheblichen Volatilit\u00e4t auf den Rohstoffm\u00e4rkten gef\u00fchrt. Diese Volatilit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glichte es H\u00e4ndlern, h\u00f6here Gewinne zu erzielen. Dies f\u00fchrte zu h\u00f6heren L\u00f6hnen, da es f\u00fcr Unternehmen in solch volatilen Zeiten von entscheidender Bedeutung ist, ihre Lieferketten zu sichern.<\/p>\n<p>Rechtsexperten und deren Mitarbeitende sind aufgrund der abschw\u00e4chenden Wirtschaft gefragt, da f\u00fcr 2025 nur ein moderates Wachstum prognostiziert wird. Infolgedessen besteht ein hoher Bedarf an Bewerbenden in Rechtsabteilungen, um die damit verbundenen wachsenden rechtlichen Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Diese gestiegene Nachfrage hat zu einem Aufw\u00e4rtsdruck auf die L\u00f6hne f\u00fcr diese Positionen gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus vergr\u00f6ssern die Unternehmen ihre Teams im Verkauf, um die Ums\u00e4tze zu steigern und die Auswirkungen der Konjunkturabschw\u00e4chung abzufedern. Positionen wie Verkaufsleiter, Verkaufsingenieure oder technische Verkaufsspezialisten sind sehr gefragt.<\/p>\n<p>Andere Positionen, die in den letzten zw\u00f6lf Monaten eine Lohnerh\u00f6hung von zehn Prozent verzeichneten, sind vor allem in der Finanzbranche. Die Durchschnittsl\u00f6hne von Compliance-Beauftragten und Buchhaltern im Bankwesen stiegen um elf Prozent. Auch in Schl\u00fcsselrollen in der Versicherungsbranche sind die durchschnittlichen L\u00f6hne, etwa von Senior Insurance Account Managern und internen Pensionsfonds-Managern, um elf Prozent gestiegen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Die meisten L\u00f6hne werden stagnieren<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Angesichts der zunehmenden geopolitischen Spannungen und des voraussichtlichen R\u00fcckgangs der Inflation auf ein Prozent sind Arbeitgebende sehr vorsichtig, was die Zahl der Besch\u00e4ftigten und die L\u00f6hne betrifft. Gleichzeitig sind die Bewerbende vorsichtig, wenn es darum geht, in einem unsicheren Umfeld eine neue Stelle anzutreten.
