Die Untersuchung, die seit Anfang 2024 viertelj\u00e4hrlich durchgef\u00fchrt wird, liefert Einblicke in die Einstellungen von Arbeitnehmer:innen. Im Durchschnitt w\u00fcnschen sich Erwerbst\u00e4tige in der Schweiz eine Wochenarbeitszeit von 35,4 Stunden \u2013 weniger als die klassische 40-Stunden-Woche, aber mehr als in \u00d6sterreich (33,3 Stunden) und Deutschland (32 Stunden). Auch Homeoffice bleibt gefragt: Wer die M\u00f6glichkeit zur Remote-Arbeit hat, bevorzugt im Schnitt einen Anteil von 45 Prozent, was rund zwei Tagen pro Woche entspricht.<\/p>\r\n

Die Akzeptanz f\u00fcr lange Arbeitswege ist in der Schweiz h\u00f6her als in den Nachbarl\u00e4ndern: Befragte geben eine maximale Pendeldistanz von 32 Kilometern an, w\u00e4hrend diese in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich bei rund 22 Kilometern liegt.<\/p>\r\n

\u00abWork hard, play hard\u00bb<\/h3>\r\n

Mit der Philosophie \u00abHart arbeiten, gut leben\u00bb k\u00f6nnen sich fast zwei Drittel der arbeitenden Schweizer Bev\u00f6lkerung gut identifizieren (65%). Und einen weiteren Spitzenwert im Drei-L\u00e4nder-Vergleich einfahren (\u00d6sterreich: 62%; Deutschland: 58%). \u00abEngagement und Leistung gelten nach wie vor als wichtige Werte in der Schweiz. Unsere Daten zeigen aber auch, dass sich der Fokus zunehmend von klassischen Karrieremustern hin zu flexibleren Arbeitsmodellen verlagert\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Roland Zeindler, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Marketagent Schweiz. \u00abUnternehmen, die diese Flexibilit\u00e4t aktiv f\u00f6rdern, sichern sich nicht nur einen Vorteil im Wettbewerb um Fachkr\u00e4fte, sondern st\u00e4rken zugleich die langfristige Mitarbeiterbindung.\u00bb<\/p>\r\n

Hohe Wechselbereitschaft<\/h3>\r\n

Trotz hoher Zufriedenheit mit dem aktuellen Job (77 Prozent) ist die Wechselbereitschaft gross: 51 Prozent der Besch\u00e4ftigten k\u00f6nnen sich einen Stellenwechsel vorstellen, auch wenn sie die Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt pessimistischer einsch\u00e4tzen als in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich. Ein wichtiger Anreiz f\u00fcr den Wechsel ist das erwartete Gehaltsplus \u2013 Schweizer Arbeitnehmer:innen erhoffen sich im Schnitt 31 Prozent mehr Lohn.<\/p>\r\n
