(Bild: www.ivf.hartmann.info)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Umsatz- und Ertragssituation der IVF Hartmann Gruppe hat sich im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 strukturell und unter dem Einfluss von diversen Sondereffekten gut entwickelt. Die Umsatzerl\u00f6se stiegen gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr um 7.3 % auf CHF 158.8 Mio. an. Die IVF Hartmann Gruppe wuchs in nahezu allen wesentlichen Produkt- und Kundensegmenten st\u00e4rker als der Markt.<\/p>\n<p>Nebst der Steigerung der Umsatzerl\u00f6se haben auch die weitere Verbesserung der internen Kostenstruktur, diverse Optimierungen im Bereich von Produktion und Materialeinkauf, der vorteilhaftere Produkte- und Kanalmix sowie positive Wechselkurseinfl\u00fcsse zur Ergebnissteigerung beigetragen. Insgesamt resultiert ein Anstieg des Betriebsergebnisses vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) um 37.2 % auf CHF 23.1 Millionen. Die EBIT-Marge stieg um 3.1 Prozentpunkte auf 14.5 % an. Der Konzerngewinn konnte um CHF 5.2 Mio. auf CHF 20.3 Mio. gesteigert werden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Entwicklung der Segmente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Wie in den Vorjahren gab es in der Umsatz- und Ertragsentwicklung der Segmente Unterschiede. Ebenso zeigt sich abermals der Vorteil eines breiten Produkt- und Serviceangebots mit den daraus resultierenden ausgleichenden Effekten.<\/p>\n<p>Im Segment <strong>\u00abWundversorgung\u00bb<\/strong> verzeichnete die IVF Hartmann Gruppe eine Erh\u00f6hung der Umsatzerl\u00f6se um CHF 3.8 Mio. auf CHF 44.0 Mio. Die Steigerung resultiert vor allem aus der Produktgruppe Taktische Einsatzmedizin, bei welcher gr\u00f6ssere Auslieferungen ins Ausland erfolgten. Das EBIT erh\u00f6hte sich durch die h\u00f6heren Umsatzerl\u00f6se um CHF 2.1 Mio. auf CHF 10.3 Mio.<\/p>\n<p>Die Umsatzerl\u00f6se von CHF 33.9 Mio. im Segment <strong>\u00abInkontinenzmanagement\u00bb <\/strong>sind im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um CHF 1.8 Mio. angestiegen. Die im Jahr 2023 um einen Abrechnungsservice f\u00fcr Migel-Produkte erweiterte Beschaffungsplattform Hartmann Easy ist weiterhin ein Haupttreiber dieses Wachstums. Das EBIT erh\u00f6hte sich basierend auf dem Produktemix und den h\u00f6heren Umsatzerl\u00f6sen um CHF 0.3 Mio. auf CHF 2.8 Mio.<\/p>\n<p>Die Umsatzerl\u00f6se im Segment <strong>\u00abInfektionsmanagement\u00bb<\/strong> sind im Vergleich zum Vorjahr, unter anderem infolge der leichten Erholung des Desinfektionsmarkts und der erh\u00f6hten Nachfrage nach Produkten aus dem Sortiment Risikopr\u00e4vention, um CHF 4.7 Mio. auf CHF 58.9 Mio. angestiegen. Das EBIT stieg aufgrund des Sortimentsmix, der teils tieferen Beschaffungskosten und der h\u00f6heren Umsatzerl\u00f6se um CHF 3.8 Mio. auf CHF 8.3 Mio. an.<\/p>\n<p>Die Umsatzerl\u00f6se im Segment <strong>\u00abWeitere Konzernaktivit\u00e4ten\u00bb<\/strong> haben sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahr leicht, um CHF 0.5 Mio. auf CHF 22.0 Mio., erh\u00f6ht. Das EBIT blieb mit CHF 1.6 Mio. im Vergleich zum Vorjahr konstant.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Geldfl\u00fcsse, Bilanzstruktur und Dividende<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nebst einem positiven Mittelfluss aus Betriebst\u00e4tigkeit erfolgten Geldzufl\u00fcsse aus Einzahlungen, u. a. infolge der R\u00fcckzahlung des Darlehens gegen\u00fcber nahestehenden Personen (Paul Hartmann AG) von CHF 23.5 Mio. Geldabfl\u00fcsse resultierten aus Auszahlungen f\u00fcr Investitionen in Finanz-, Sach- und immaterielle Anlagen sowie aufgrund der ausbezahlten Dividende. Gesamthaft stiegen die fl\u00fcssigen Mittel von CHF 87.9 Mio. per 31. Dezember 2023 auf CHF 94.9 Mio. per 31. Dezember 2024 an. Teile der fl\u00fcssigen Mittel sind als Festgelder (mit Laufzeiten kleiner als drei Monate) bei Banken investiert. Finanzschulden bestanden per Stichtag 31. Dezember 2024 wie auch im Vorjahr keine. Die Eigenkapitalquote stieg von 80.1 % im Vorjahr auf 80.4 % an.<\/p>\n<p>Die IVF Hartmann Gruppe verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine starke Bilanzstruktur, welche der Unternehmensgruppe hilft und weiterhin helfen wird, in einem volatilen Marktumfeld Chancen zu nutzen und Investitionen in Wachstum und Innovation aus einer Position der St\u00e4rke heraus zu evaluieren. Die im Rahmen der Strategie gemachten \u00dcberlegungen zum Cash-Management haben den Verwaltungsrat veranlasst, der Generalversammlung eine Sonderdividende zu beantragen. Der Verwaltungsrat schl\u00e4gt der Generalversammlung eine Dividende von CHF 6.20 f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024 vor (zusammengesetzt aus einer ordentlichen Dividende von CHF 3.20 je Namenaktie und einer Sonderdividende von CHF 3.00 je Namenaktie); dies entspricht einer Totalaussch\u00fcttung an die Aktion\u00e4rinnen und Aktion\u00e4re von CHF 14.88 Mio. (Vorjahr: CHF 19.68 Mio.).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ausblick<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr 2025 wird mit anhaltender Volatilit\u00e4t auf den Beschaffungs- und insbesondere den Absatzm\u00e4rkten gerechnet. Das Unternehmen setzt auf Stabilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr seine Kunden in einem Umfeld von Unsicherheit und Kostendruck. Wachstum wird durch neue Produkteinf\u00fchrungen sowie eine erweiterte Distribution im Endkundengesch\u00e4ft erwartet, insbesondere im Bereich DermaPlast. Der Ausbau der Taktischen Einsatzmedizin wird fortgesetzt, jedoch wird hier aufgrund der Marktstruktur mit Umsatzschwankungen und m\u00f6glichen Einbussen im Vergleich zum starken Vorjahr gerechnet.<\/p>\n<p>Zu Jahresbeginn wird das Preissystem mit dem Hauptlieferanten Hartmann Gruppe angepasst, um die OECD-Konformit\u00e4t und Steuer-Compliance bei internationalen Verrechnungspreisen zu optimieren. Insgesamt wird f\u00fcr 2025 \u2013 bereinigt um das volatilere Gesch\u00e4ft der Taktischen Einsatzmedizin \u2013 ein Umsatz auf Vorjahresniveau erwartet.
