Amnis bietet eine internationale Banking-Plattform, die KMU unterst\u00fctzt, global Zahlungen zu empfangen und zu senden – mit geringeren Transaktionskosten und der Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und Team-Ausgaben. Durch diese Optimierung des grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Zahlungsverkehrs bietet die Multiw\u00e4hrungsl\u00f6sung von Amnis Unternehmen einen entscheidenden Wettbewerbsvorteil. In den letzten zw\u00f6lf Monaten hat sich das Zahlungsvolumen von Amnis mehr als verdoppelt, was insbesondere auf die starke Nachfrage nach der Debitkarte und den neuen Funktionen zur Spesenbearbeitung zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist.<\/p>\n

Die aktuelle Finanzierungsrunde st\u00e4rkt die Marktposition von Amnis in bestehenden L\u00e4ndern und treibt die Expansion in neue M\u00e4rkte voran. Gleichzeitig erm\u00f6glicht sie die Anbindung weiterer Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systeme f\u00fcr noch effizientere Finanzprozesse.<\/p>\n

Ein neues Kapitel in der Wachstumsgeschichte von Amnis<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Neben Swisscom Ventures beteiligten sich auch bestehende Investoren an der Finanzierungsrunde, darunter Co-Investor Lansdowne Investment Company Ltd. Im Rahmen dieser Runde sicherte sich Amnis zudem Fremdkapital in H\u00f6he von CHF 2 Millionen von Lendity, einem Schweizer Growth-Capital-Investor. Diese strategische Erg\u00e4nzung diversifiziert die Finanzierung von Amnis und bietet zus\u00e4tzliche Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr das weitere Wachstum.<\/p>\n

Amnis begr\u00fcsst neues Verwaltungsratsmitglied<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Im Zuge der strategischen Weiterentwicklung gibt Amnis auch Ver\u00e4nderungen im Verwaltungsrat bekannt. Peter Gerlach wurde zum neuen Pr\u00e4sidenten des Verwaltungsrats ernannt. Er bringt umfassende Erfahrung mit, um das Unternehmen in die n\u00e4chste Wachstumsphase zu f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich verst\u00e4rkt Semih Ka\u00e7an, Investment Director bei Swisscom Ventures, den Verwaltungsrat von Amnis. Seine Expertise wird die strategische Ausrichtung des Fintechs weiter st\u00e4rken. Gleichzeitig treten die beiden Mitgr\u00fcnder Robert Bloch und Philippe Christen aus dem Verwaltungsrat zur\u00fcck, werden aber weiterhin in ihren aktuellen Rollen als COO bzw. Strategischer Ausblick und Expansion<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Es arbeiten bereits mehr als 3’000 Unternehmen in \u00fcber 35 L\u00e4ndern mit Amnis. Nebst hohen Wachstumsraten in den bestehenden M\u00e4rkten plant das Unternehmen den Markteintritt in weitere europ\u00e4ische L\u00e4nder sowie die Erweiterung seiner Dienstleistungen, darunter E-Commerce-L\u00f6sungen und zus\u00e4tzliche Integrationen von Drittsystemen.<\/p>\n
