Seit der Gr\u00fcndung in Zug im Jahr 2013 hat sich Tincan stetig weiterentwickelt. 2023 folgte die Expansion nach Z\u00fcrich, um die Agentur breiter aufzustellen (Markt-kom.com berichtete)<\/a><\/em>. Nun bietet sich eine neue strategische Gelegenheit: Der Aufbau einer Pr\u00e4senz in der Westschweiz.<\/p>\r\n

Ein Zufall f\u00fchrte dazu: Yannic Bucher, der fr\u00fcher T\u00fcr an T\u00fcr mit Tincan-Partner Peter Niederberger wohnte, plante gemeinsam mit Lara Twerenbold eine Agentur in der Romandie. Ihr Fokus: Nachhaltigkeit, Klima und Demokratie.<\/p>\r\n

Statt potenzieller Konkurrenz entstand eine Zusammenarbeit. Tincan erkannte das Potenzial und holte Yannic als Creative Consultant und Lara als Marketing Consultant ins Team. Parallel dazu treiben sie weiterhin ihre Spezialagentur Another Narrative voran.<\/p>\r\n

Mehrsprachigkeit als strategischer Vorteil<\/h3>\r\n

Mit der Expansion will Tincan seine mehrsprachige Beratungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz st\u00e4rken. F\u00fcr Unternehmen und Institutionen mit Pr\u00e4senz in beiden Sprachregionen gibt es so eine einheitliche Strategie mit lokal verankerten Inhalten. Gerade f\u00fcr nationale Kampagnen ist lokales Know-how entscheidend: Ob ein Verband mit regionalen Standorten oder eine Marke mit Zielgruppen in beiden Sprachr\u00e4umen \u2013 die N\u00e4he zum Markt erm\u00f6glicht eine passgenaue Ansprache und authentische Umsetzung.<\/p>\r\n

Langfristiger Aufbau mit nachhaltigem Fokus<\/h3>\r\n

Aktuell arbeiten die beiden neuen Tincan-Consultants in kleinen R\u00e4umlichkeiten in Genf und etablieren die Marke Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt. \u00abDer Aufbau hat Zeit und darf organisch wachsen. Aber wir erhoffen uns mit diesem Versuch einiges.
