(Bild: Tom Claes \/ Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Der Verein Deutscher Ingenieure VDI e.V. mit seinen rund 130\u2019000 Mitgliedern bildet ein multidisziplin\u00e4res Netzwerk, das richtungweisende Entwicklungen mitgestaltet und pr\u00e4gt. Als bedeutender deutscher technischer Regelsetzer b\u00fcndelt der Verein Kompetenzen und leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag, um Fortschritt und Wohlstand zu sichern. Der auch international bekannte Verein ist in ganz Deutschland, auf regionaler und lokaler Ebene, in Landesverb\u00e4nden und Bezirksvereinen aktiv. Das Fundament bilden rund 10\u2019000 ehrenamtliche Expertinnen und Experten, die ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen einbringen \u2013 unter anderem in regelm\u00e4ssig erscheinenden Richtlinien.<\/p>\r\n<p>Eine solche Richtlinie, die Richtlinie VDI 3405 Blatt 5.1, wurde nun auch zum Thema \u201eAdditive Fertigung\u201c (z.B. 3D-Druck) ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Die Richtlinie richtet sich an alle Akteure der additiven Fertigung \u2013 von Anbietern additiver Fertigungsanlagen \u00fcber Konstrukteure und Fertigungsdienstleister bis hin zu Juristen, die sich mit den spezifischen Herausforderungen einer digitalisierten Fertigungskette auseinandersetzen. Sie umfasst grundlegende Informationen zum Ablauf von Prozessketten, das Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement, sowie vertragliche und haftungsrechtliche Besonderheiten.<\/p>\r\n<p>Zur Grundlage der Richtlinie geh\u00f6rt auch eine erl\u00e4uternde Darstellung der Prozesskette sowie der zugeh\u00f6rigen Datenformate und -typen. Diese Basisinformationen und das detaillierte Fachwissen f\u00f6rdern die Zusammenarbeit von Juristen und Technikern gleichermassen: Juristen erhalten das n\u00f6tige technische Verst\u00e4ndnis, um die rechtliche Relevanz einzelner Fertigungsschritte zu bewerten, w\u00e4hrend Techniker, Planen, Konstrukteure und Dienstleister in die Lage versetzt werden, die rechtliche Tragweite ihrer Projekte zu \u00fcberblicken und rechtskonforme Vertr\u00e4ge zu gestalten.
