Mit dem\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.newsd.admin.ch\/newsd\/message\/attachments\/59108.pdf\">Verlagerungsbericht 2019<\/a>\u00a0hat der Bundesrat ein Massnahmenpaket beschlossen, um noch mehr G\u00fcter von der Strasse auf die Schiene zu verlagern. Unter anderem entschied er, die \u00e4lteren Lastwagen der Kategorie Euro IV und Euro V von der mittleren in die teuerste LSVA-Kategorie abzuklassieren. Zudem sieht der Bundesrat vor, den seit 2011 bestehenden Rabatt von 10 Prozent f\u00fcr Fahrzeuge der Klasse Euro II und Euro III mit Partikelfilter aufzuheben.<br \/>\nDer Gemischte Ausschuss Schweiz-EU zum Landverkehrsabkommen hat im Dezember 2020 gr\u00fcnes Licht daf\u00fcr gegeben, dass die LSVA per Mitte 2021 entsprechend angepasst werden kann. Die hierf\u00fcr n\u00f6tigen \u00c4nderungen in der\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.newsd.admin.ch\/newsd\/message\/attachments\/64946.pdf\">Schwerverkehrsabgabeverordnung<\/a>\u00a0seien gutgeheissen worden, so der Bundesrat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcnstige Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr saubere Fahrzeuge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wer sich als Unternehmen von der LSVA befreien m\u00f6chte, findet M\u00f6glichkeiten. Die Schweiz bietet g\u00fcnstige Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr den Einsatz der Wasserstofftechnologie in der Logistik: Denn f\u00fcr Null-Emissions-Fahrzeuge entfallen nicht nur die LSVA, sondern auch die Mineral\u00f6lsteuer. Zudem k\u00f6nnen die Firmen die\u00a0Nachhaltigkeit ihrer Dienstleistungen optimieren, was der eine oder andere in der Lieferkette sch\u00e4tzt. Jeder Wasserstoff-LKW spare gegen\u00fcber einem herk\u00f6mmlichen\u00a0Diesler \u2013 bei vergleichbaren Unterhaltskosten \u2013 rund 70 bis 80 Tonnen CO2 pro Jahr, sagt beispielsweise das Logistikunternehmen Retralog AG im solothurnischen Wolfwil. Das Unternehmen setzt auf diese Technologie und hat seinen ersten mit Wasserstoff betriebenen LKW gestartet: Das Fahrzeug vom Typ Hyundai Xcient Fuel Cell steht ausschliesslich im Dienst der Schweizerischen Post. Der 36-T\u00f6nner werde im nationalen Paket- und Brieftransport zwischen den Logistikzentren eingesetzt, heisst es beim Transportunternehmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schub f\u00fcr die H2-Technologie in der Schweiz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thomas J. Ernst, Leiter Transporte bei Logistik-Services der Post, betont die internationale Pionierrolle der Schweiz in der Nutzung der Wasserstofftechnologie. Zu verdanken ist dies nicht zuletzt auch einem vor bald drei Jahren gegr\u00fcndeten F\u00f6rderverein H2 Mobilita\u0308t Schweiz (vgl. www.h2mobilitaet.ch): Er hat sich die F\u00f6rderung eines sauberen, CO2-emissionsfreien, motorisierten Individualverkehrs auf die Fahne geschrieben. Ihm geh\u00f6ren Detailh\u00e4ndler wie Coop\u00a0und Migros an, aber auch Transporteure und andere Privatunternehmen. Dass der\u00a0Fuhrpark nachhaltiger gestaltet werden kann, ist auch dem koreanischen Hersteller\u00a0Hyundai zu verdanken. Er hat in der Schweiz vor ein paar Monaten seine ersten\u00a0sieben Nutzfahrzeuge, die nur noch Wasserdampf emittieren, auf den Markt\u00a0gebrachte. Der Xcient Fuel Cell ist ein in Serie hergestellter Wasserstoff-Lastwagen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wo gibt es Tankstellen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doch ohne H2-Zapfs\u00e4ule l\u00e4uft auch bei diesem Alternativantrieb wenig. Deshalb haben Avia, Agrola und Coop erste Wasserstofftankstellen er\u00f6ffnet, um die Fahrzeuge klimaneutral zu bef\u00fcllen. Ein Blick auf die Webseite des F\u00f6rdervereins H2 Mobilita\u0308t Schweiz zeigt, dass in Zofingen, St. Gallen, Hunzenschwil und R\u00fcmlang \u00f6ffentliche Wasserstofftankstellen vorhanden sind. Weitere sollen schon bald folgen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Reichweite seines H2-LKW betrage rund 400 Kilometer, sp\u00e4testens dann\u00a0m\u00fcsse er wieder bef\u00fcllt werden, sagt Daniel Reichen von Retralog. Das sei f\u00fcr\u00a0den nationalen G\u00fctertransport jedoch ausreichend.<\/p>\n<p>Heute sind in der Schweiz rund 50 Lastwagen mit diesem Alternativantrieb unterwegs.
