Bei Excom Media kommt es zu einer Ver\u00e4nderung in der Aktion\u00e4rsstruktur. Die langj\u00e4hrigen Mitinhaber Hans-Ueli \u00abJ\u00f6ggi\u00bb Rihs und Theo Meister haben beschlossen, ihre Aktien altersbedingt an Marc Goetti zu \u00fcbergeben. Goetti ist CEO und Verwaltungsratspr\u00e4sident des Unternehmens und \u00fcbernimmt am Donnerstag s\u00e4mtliche Anteile von Rihs und Meister. Damit wird er zum Hauptaktion\u00e4r von Excom Media.<\/p>\r\n

Rihs und Meister waren massgeblich am Aufbau und an der Entwicklung des Unternehmens beteiligt. Ihr R\u00fcckzug erfolgt im Rahmen einer geordneten \u00dcbergabe. Mit der \u00dcbernahme durch Goetti bleibt die F\u00fchrung in erfahrenen H\u00e4nden. Laut Medienmitteilung sieht er den Schritt als Ansporn, die unternehmerische Entwicklung weiterzuf\u00fchren: \u00abWir werden weiterhin mutige Ideen verfolgen, kreative L\u00f6sungen entwickeln und Excom Media als Vorreiter in der Schweizer Medienlandschaft positionieren.\u00bb<\/p>\r\n
