Was vor Jahren als einfache Mobilit\u00e4tsaktion begann, ist heute ein fest verankerter Bestandteil einer modernen Arbeitskultur. Firmen aus allen Branchen nutzen bike to work, um Bewegung in den Arbeitsalltag zu bringen und Mitarbeitende miteinander zu verbinden. Und das auf eine spielerische, unkomplizierte Art. So auch die Lungenliga Ost, wo die bike to work-Challenge fixer Bestandteil im Kalender ist \u2013 nicht als Pflicht, sondern aus \u00dcberzeugung: \u00abEs braucht nicht viel, um etwas zu ver\u00e4ndern\u00bb, sagt Ursina Raymann, Bereichsleiterin Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung und Pr\u00e4vention. \u00abEin Velo, ein Team, ein Ziel \u2013 und pl\u00f6tzlich ist Bewegung wieder Teil des Alltags.\u00bb Besonders motivierend sei der Gemeinschaftsaspekt: \u00abWenn \u00fcber 100\u2019000 Menschen mitmachen, sp\u00fcrt man, dass man Teil von etwas Gr\u00f6sserem ist.\u00bb \u00a0<\/p>\n

1500 Preise im Wert von \u00fcber 140\u2019000 Franken \u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ein Erfolgsgeheimnis der bike to work-Challenge liegt im Miteinander: Gefahren wird in 4er-Teams, es wird motiviert, gelacht und manchmal auch geklagt \u2013 \u00fcber Regen und Gegenwind. Wer durchh\u00e4lt, hat nicht nur bessere Laune, sondern auch die Chance, insgesamt einem von fast 1500 Preise im Gesamtwert von \u00fcber 140\u2019000 Franken zu gewinnen. Auch die bike to work-Teilnehmenden der Lungenliga Ost wetteifern um die meisten Kilometer. Nicht nur das: die kreativen Teamnamen sorgen intern f\u00fcr grosses Schmunzeln. \u00a0<\/p>\n

bike to work bringt Mitarbeitende zum Velofahren <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Die bike to work-Challenge bringt nicht nur gute Laune, sondern hat auch langfristige Wirkung: \u00abEine Lungenliga Ost-Mitarbeiterin hat dank bike to work nach vielen Jahren wieder mit dem Velofahren begonnen. Heute f\u00e4hrt sie fast t\u00e4glich \u2013 auch bei Regen\u00bb, sagt Ursina Raymann. Auch Raymanns Blick aufs Velo hat sich ver\u00e4ndert: \u00abIch plane bewusst Umwege ein \u2013 nicht, weil ich muss, sondern weil es mir guttut.\u00bb Ihr Tipp f\u00fcr Neulinge: \u00abNicht zu streng mit sich sein. Jeder gefahrene Kilometer z\u00e4hlt. Und: sich selbst feiern, wenn man dranbleibt.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Um Mitarbeitende zur Teilnahme an der bike to work-Challenge zu motivieren, ist die interne Kommunikation zentral: So gibt es bei der Lungenliga Ost regelm\u00e4ssige Infos via Mail und Flyer sowie eine pers\u00f6nliche Beratung durch eine Koordinatorin. Das, um jedes Jahr noch mehr Kolleg:innen auf zwei R\u00e4der zu bringen.\u00a0<\/p>\n
