Unter dem Eindruck von zunehmender Fragmentierung und Polarisierung der \u00d6ffentlichkeit sowie der wachsenden Problematik rund um Fake News sieht der HarbourClub dringenden Handlungsbedarf bei Unternehmen. Gem\u00e4ss dem neu vorgelegten \u00abCCO Compass 2025\u00bb<\/a> sollten Kommunikationsverantwortliche verst\u00e4rkt als Stakeholder-Relationship-Manager:innen agieren, um eine aktivere Rolle im Unternehmen einnehmen und die Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit der Kommunikation sicherstellen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\r\n

Die Publikation entstand anl\u00e4sslich des 25-Jahre-Jubil\u00e4ums des HarbourClubs unter Mitwirkung der rund 100 Mitglieder und wurde erstmals am Swiss Media Forum in Luzern pr\u00e4sentiert. Sie formuliert dreizehn konkrete Massnahmen als Empfehlung f\u00fcr f\u00fcnf zentrale kommunikative Handlungsfelder. Dazu geh\u00f6ren insbesondere die Vertrauensbildung, der Umgang mit einer fragmentierten \u00d6ffentlichkeit sowie die Positionierung zu gesellschaftspolitisch relevanten Fragen. Unternehmen stehen dabei h\u00e4ufig vor der Entscheidung, sich \u00f6ffentlich zu kontroversen Themen zu \u00e4ussern oder bewusst zur\u00fcckzuhalten. Laut HarbourClub sollte Haltung k\u00fcnftig st\u00e4rker strategisch und weniger taktisch bezogen werden. In den letzten Jahren sei dies oft \u00abaus einer Laune heraus oder aus der Befindlichkeit einzelner F\u00fchrungspersonen im Unternehmen\u00bb passiert.<\/p>\r\n

Eine informelle Befragung unter Schweizer Kommunikationsverantwortlichen zeigt, dass vor allem beim Klimawandel, Nachhaltigkeitsthemen, der Beziehung der Schweiz zur EU sowie Fragen rund um sozialen Frieden Stellungnahmen von Unternehmen erwartet werden. Hinzu kommen branchenabh\u00e4ngige Themen wie geopolitische Entwicklungen und der Umgang mit Technologie und k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz.<\/p>\r\n

In Zukunft \u2013 der Zeitenwende, wie es der HarbourClub formuliert \u2013 werde die Kommunikation anspruchsvoller, wobei faktenbasiertes, transparentes und konsistentes Storytelling entscheidend seien. Hans-Peter Nehmer, Pr\u00e4sident des HarbourClubs, fasst wie folgt zusammen: \u00abDie Kommunikationschefin besch\u00e4ftigt sich nicht mehr nur mit dem \u2039Senden\u203a, sondern mit der Gestaltung von Beziehungen zu allen Stakeholder-Gruppen. Das heisst auch zuh\u00f6ren und in Dialog treten. Wir m\u00fcssen k\u00fcnftig noch st\u00e4rker auf Fakten und Transparenz achten. Die Kommunikationschefs sollten in einer Position sein, f\u00fcr das Unternehmen Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Aufrichtigkeit der Kommunikation \u00fcbernehmen zu k\u00f6nnen.
