Der Preis unterstreicht die strategische Bedeutung der CMO-Rolle in der Schweizer Wirtschaft und w\u00fcrdigt jene, die Marken aufbauen, weiterentwickeln und durch anspruchsvolle Marktphasen navigieren. Gleichzeitig setzt der Award ein Zeichen f\u00fcr die ganze Branche \u2013 und f\u00fcr ihren Nachwuchs.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Strukturierter Auswahlprozess mit Tiefgang<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Die Auswahl folgt einem strukturierten Verfahren: Nominiert werden potenzielle Kandidat:innen von der Jury. Anschliessend analysiert das Institut f\u00fcr Marketing &amp; Customer Insight der Universit\u00e4t St. Gallen unter Leitung von Prof. Dr. Sven Reinecke die Vorschl\u00e4ge und erstellt eine Longlist samt Dossiers. Daraus entsteht eine Shortlist mit Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten \u2013 das Resultat vertiefter Auseinandersetzung im Jury-Gremium. Ihre Erfahrung sichert die Tiefe der Diskussion und die Tragf\u00e4higkeit des Entscheids. Die diesj\u00e4hrige Sitzung war intensiv und von vielschichtigen Debatten gepr\u00e4gt. Die Jury betonte die hohe Qualit\u00e4t der Nominierungen \u2013 was die Suche nach dem idealen Match anspruchsvoll machte. Umso gr\u00f6sser war die Zufriedenheit mit dem Resultat.<\/p>\r\n<p>Solche Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten auf die B\u00fchne zu holen, hat Signalwirkung.
