In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Helsana strukturiert die Z\u00fcrcher Beratungs- und Kreativagentur Zense die komplexen Strategie-Inhalte, visualisiert sie und macht sie durch Storytelling greifbar. Das Ziel: Die Inhalte einfach auf den Punkt zu bringen und die rund 3400 Mitarbeitenden auch emotional auf die anstehende Strategiereise mitzunehmen.<\/p>\r\n

Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit ist in einem ersten Schritt eine Strategiepr\u00e4sentation, ein pr\u00e4gnantes Key Visual, eine interaktive Intranetseite sowie begleitende
\r\nKommunikationsmittel wie Poster oder Screensaver. Der Strategie-Launch mit der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitungspr\u00e4sentation fand im Januar an einem grossen Mitarbeitenden-Anlass statt.<\/p>\r\n

Auch wenn die Strategie-Kommunikation andauert, l\u00e4sst sich bereits eine erste positive Zwischenbilanz ziehen: Die zentralen Botschaften sind angekommen und die Helsana- Mitarbeiten setzen das von Zense entwickelte Keyvisual selbst\u00e4ndig und gerne ein \u2013 in Pr\u00e4sentationen, Visualisierungen oder als Deko im B\u00fcro, so Marisa De Faveri Schweizer, Projektleiterin f\u00fcr das Strategieprojekt seitens der Helsana-Unternehmenskommunikation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
