Mit der neu geschaffenen erweiterten Schulleitung etabliert die HWZ Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft Z\u00fcrich ein bereichs\u00fcbergreifendes Gremium, das die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Hochschule verantwortet. Das diverse Team vereint zentrale Funktionen, unter anderem aus Lehre, Verwaltung, Forschung und Kommunikation, und ebnet den Weg f\u00fcr die Zukunft der Fachhochschule HWZ. Prof. Dr. Brian R\u00fceger, Rektor der HWZ, betont die Bedeutung der neuen Struktur: \u00abMit der erweiterten Schulleitung stellen wir die strategischen Weichen f\u00fcr die Zukunft der HWZ. Sie vereint zentrale Kompetenzen, vernetzt Perspektiven und schafft durch ihre vielf\u00e4ltige und ausgewogene Zusammensetzung die Grundlage daf\u00fcr, unsere Hochschule in einem dynamischen Bildungsumfeld nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Schulleitung fokussiert sich auf das operative Gesch\u00e4ft<\/h3>\n

Die bestehende Schulleitung ist Teil der erweiterten Schulleitung. Zus\u00e4tzlich verantwortet die Schulleitung weiterhin das operative Tagesgesch\u00e4ft und stellt die Umsetzung des Hochschulbetriebs sicher. Sie setzt sich zusammen aus Prof. Dr. Brian R\u00fceger, Rektor, Peter Statz, Leitung Departement Management & Leadership und Stv. Rektor, Dr. Urs J\u00e4ckli, Leitung Departement Ausbildung, und Christian M\u00fcller, Leitung Finanzen. Neues Mitglied ist Prof. Dr. Michael Klaas, der seit Mai als Head of Business Development die strategische Weiterentwicklung der HWZ mitgestaltet. Mit der neuen Struktur aus operativer und strategischer F\u00fchrung wird eine klare Aufgabentrennung geschaffen, die Entscheidungswege verk\u00fcrzt und Raum f\u00fcr Innovation schafft.<\/p>\n

Departemente entwickeln sich zu vernetzten \u00d6kosystemen<\/h3>\n

Im Rahmen der Neuausrichtung \u00fcbernehmen die Departemente eine tragende Rolle in der Transformation der HWZ: Sie entwickeln sich von klassischen Facheinheiten zu dynamischen, vernetzten \u00d6kosystemen, die bereichs\u00fcbergreifend wirken und aktiv zur Profilierung der Hochschule beitragen. Im Zentrum steht eine verst\u00e4rkte Zusammenarbeit \u2013 sowohl innerhalb der HWZ als auch mit externen Partnern aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Die Departemente tragen die fachliche Verantwortung f\u00fcr die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Weiterbildungsangebote. Gleichzeitig bauen sie gezielt strategische Kooperationen und Netzwerke aus. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sch\u00e4rfen und erweitern sie das Forschungsportfolio, forcieren die Drittmittelakquise und gestalten als inhaltliche Impulsgeber die Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildung entscheidend mit.<\/p>\n
