Die Helsana Gruppe \u00fcbernimmt die Adcubum AG, die sich im Mehrheitsbesitz des amerikanischen Private-Equity-Unternehmens TA Associates befindet. Adcubum wird der Beteiligungsgesellschaft der Helsana Gruppe zugeordnet und bleibt ein eigenst\u00e4ndiges Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in St. Gallen. S\u00e4mtliche bestehenden Vertr\u00e4ge werden erf\u00fcllt. Die operative Leitung liegt weiterhin bei der aktuellen Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung, alle Mitarbeitenden werden \u00fcbernommen. \u00abHelsana will mit dieser Investition ihre stabile, effiziente und innovative Krankenversicherungssoftware bewahren und weiterentwickeln\u00bb, begr\u00fcndet Helsana-CEO Roman Sonderegger die \u00dcbernahme von Adcubum. \u00abDie Investitionen und die gezielten Innovationen f\u00fcr die Software kommen Helsana und allen Kranken- und Unfallversicherungen zugute, die mit Adcubum zusammenarbeiten. Gleichbehandlung aller Kunden<\/h3>\r\n

Als neue Eignerin verspricht Helsana, dass Adcubum als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Unternehmen weitergef\u00fchrt wird. Dies schafft zus\u00e4tzliche M\u00f6glichkeiten, die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Schweizer Kranken- und Unfallversicherer k\u00fcnftig noch st\u00e4rker zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und Innovationsprojekte effizient umzusetzen. Adcubum will die digitale Transformation im Gesundheitswesen aktiv mitgestalten und ihre Position als f\u00fchrende Anbieterin von Versicherungssoftware in diesem Bereich weiter ausbauen. Keine Pr\u00e4miengelder f\u00fcr \u00dcbernahme<\/h3>\r\n

Die \u00dcbernahme erfolgt seitens der Helsana Beteiligungen AG, einer auf Investitionen im Bereich des Gesundheitswesens spezialisierten Gesellschaft. Der Kauf wird \u00fcber die Holding (Helsana AG) finanziert. Das Versicherungsgesch\u00e4ft wird nicht belastet, es werden keine Pr\u00e4miengelder f\u00fcr den Kauf von Adcubum verwendet. \u00dcber den Kaufpreis wurde zwischen den Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.<\/p>\r\n
