Die Schweiz begegnet der rasanten Entwicklung K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz (KI) mit Zur\u00fcckhaltung. Laut dem aktuellen \u201eAI Monitor\u201c von Ipsos empfindet eine knappe Mehrheit der Bev\u00f6lkerung eher Nervosit\u00e4t als Begeisterung gegen\u00fcber neuen KI-Produkten und -Dienstleistungen. Damit liegt die Schweiz auf einer Linie mit englischsprachigen L\u00e4ndern wie den USA oder Grossbritannien, w\u00e4hrend in S\u00fcdostasien die Euphorie \u00fcberwiegt.<\/p>\r\n

Forderung nach Transparenz<\/h3>\r\n

Besonders heikel ist f\u00fcr viele das Thema Vertrauen. Nur 41 Prozent der Schweizerinnen und Schweizer glauben, dass Unternehmen ihre Daten beim Einsatz von KI wirksam sch\u00fctzen. Die H\u00e4lfte der Befragten zeigt sich skeptisch. Deutlich gr\u00f6sser ist hingegen das Vertrauen in staatliche Regulierung: 55 Prozent trauen den Beh\u00f6rden zu, verantwortungsvoll mit der Technologie umzugehen.<\/p>\r\n

Ein Punkt, der die Bev\u00f6lkerung eint, ist die Forderung nach Transparenz. Satte 77 Prozent erwarten, dass Firmen den Einsatz von KI klar deklarieren. Damit schliesst sich die Schweiz dem weltweiten Ruf nach Offenheit an \u2013 von Frankreich bis Kanada herrscht diesbez\u00fcglich ein bemerkenswerter Konsens.<\/p>\r\n

KI ver\u00e4ndert den Alltag<\/h3>\r\n

Die Auswirkungen der KI sind f\u00fcr viele bereits sp\u00fcrbar. 43 Prozent sagen, dass ihr Alltag heute schon von KI ver\u00e4ndert wird, Tendenz steigend. In den n\u00e4chsten drei bis f\u00fcnf Jahren erwarten 61 Prozent tiefgreifendere Ver\u00e4nderungen \u2013 ein Wert unter dem globalen Schnitt, aber deutlich \u00fcber jenem des Vorjahres.<\/p>\r\n

Auch konkrete Einsatzfelder bewertet die Bev\u00f6lkerung differenziert. W\u00e4hrend 76 Prozent davon ausgehen, dass KI k\u00fcnftig Online-Suchergebnisse pr\u00e4gt, sehen viele Vorteile in der Effizienzsteigerung oder im Entertainment. Doch beim Thema Arbeitsmarkt \u00fcberwiegen die Sorgen: 41 Prozent f\u00fcrchten negative Folgen f\u00fcr Jobs im Land, auch wenn ein Drittel pers\u00f6nlich von besseren Arbeitsbedingungen ausgeht.<\/p>\r\n

Pragmatismus gefordert<\/h3>\r\n

\u201eDie Ergebnisse spiegeln die pragmatische Haltung der Schweiz wider\u201c, sagt Jean-Pierre Berst, Chief Client Officer bei Ipsos. Vertrauen und Transparenz werden entscheidend sein, wenn Unternehmen KI erfolgreich einf\u00fchren wollen, so Berst weiter.<\/p>\r\n

Die Botschaft ist klar: In einem Land, in dem Qualit\u00e4t und Vertrauen zentrale Werte sind, wird K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz nicht als Heilsversprechen gefeiert \u2013 sondern als Herausforderung, die mit Bedacht und Offenheit gemeistert werden muss.<\/p>\r\n
