Begriffe wie Cyber-physische-Systeme und Internet-of-Things kommen hier zum Tragen. Gem\u00e4ss einer aktuellen Studie von Gartner sollen bis ins Jahre 2020 bereits 21\u2018000 Milliarden Ger\u00e4te \u00fcbers Internet verbunden sein. Softwareroboter \u00fcbernehmen in zunehmendem Masse Routinearbeiten, zum Beispiel im Bereich HR oder der Finanzindustrie. Diese Entwicklung ver\u00e4ndert in hohem Masse unsere Arbeit und die entsprechenden Arbeitsprozesse, aber auch die Anforderungen an die Qualifikationen und F\u00e4higkeiten der Mitarbeitenden. Willkommen in der Arbeitswelt 4.0. Teils bereits Realit\u00e4t, teils auf dem Wege dorthin.<\/p>\n<p>Der technologische Fortschritt bietet nebst Chancen immer auch Risiken. Was sind dabei die Herausforderungen an den Gesundheitsschutz und das ganzheitliche betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement in Anbetracht dieses enormen Wandels? Nehmen die F\u00e4lle psychischer Problematiken weiterhin so rasant zu? Wie sehen sichere Mensch-Roboter-Kollaborationen aus? Welches sind gegenw\u00e4rtige Reaktionen auf die k\u00fcnftige Arbeit?
