Juni, am Kreislauftag der Eberhard Unternehmungen, erhielten Beh\u00f6rden, Politik und Medienschaffende exklusiv einen ersten Blick hinter die Kulissen des Aufbereitungszentrums f\u00fcr Bauabf\u00e4lle <a href=\"\/\/eberhard.ch\/ebimik\/\">EbiMIK<\/a> (Eberhard \u2013 Materialien im Kreislauf), welches kurz vor der Betriebsaufnahme steht. Ein interessanter Rundgang zeigte eindr\u00fccklich die Gr\u00f6sse des neuen Zentrums mit einer Grundfl\u00e4che von rund 20\u2019000 Quadratmetern sowie die sechs intelligenten Roboter, das Herzst\u00fcck der Aufbereitungsanlage f\u00fcr Mischabbruch.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Intelligente Bauabfallaufbereitung <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das neue Zentrum wird Mischabbruch zu qualitativ hochwertigen Sekund\u00e4rrohstoffen aufbereiten, wie Patrick Eberhard vor Ort erkl\u00e4rte. Das sei auch dringend n\u00f6tig, denn ein funktionierender Baustoffkreislauf sei die Basis jeglicher Kreislaufwirtschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Eindr\u00fccklich sind diese Zahlen: Beim R\u00fcckbau von Geb\u00e4uden fallen in der Schweiz pro Jahr rund 7,5 Millionen Tonnen Bauschutt an, also doppelt so viel wie Haushaltsabf\u00e4lle. Die Abf\u00e4lle aus dem R\u00fcckbau setzen sich aus zwei Dritteln Betonabbruch, einem Viertel Mischabbruch sowie Bausperrgut zusammen. Mischabbruch wird heute meist deponiert oder minderwertig wiederverwendet (Downcycling). Das soll sich in Zukunft \u00e4ndern, eine L\u00f6sung bietet EbiMIK. Denn mit der Anlage in Oberglatt bereiten die Betreiber Mischabbruch zu neuen Wertstoffen auf. Zum Zug kommt eine neue und effiziente Verfahrenstechnik.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick Eberhard erkl\u00e4rt den Abflauf auf dem Rundgang so: \u00abZuerst werden die Materialien mit einem Sortierbagger vorsortiert und mit einem Sizer grob zerkleinert. Danach befreien zwei Roboterlinien mit je drei Greifarmen die mineralischen Stoffe von Fremdstoffen wie Plastik, Gips, Holz, Leichtmetallen usw. Die k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz der Roboter erkennt die Materialien \u00fcber Sensorboxen. Ein Roboter kann schwere St\u00fccke bis 30 Kilogramm Gewicht aussortieren, welche f\u00fcr Menschen gem\u00e4ss Suva nicht erlaubt und daher nicht machbar sind. Der Mensch w\u00e4re beim Sortieren zwar immer noch besser, jedoch nur f\u00fcr kurze Zeit. Die Roboter gew\u00e4hrleisten w\u00e4hrend 24 Stunden durchgehend konstante Leistungen und verl\u00e4ssliche Qualit\u00e4t mit bis zu 12\u2019000 pr\u00e4zisen Picks pro Stunde.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Neben der eigentlichen Aufbereitungshalle steht eine weitere Halle: Es ist das imposante Rohstofflager, in dem der Betreiber 60\u2019000 Tonnen Sekund\u00e4rrohstoffe lagern kann. Je nach Anwendung werden diese Rohstoffe nachtr\u00e4glich zus\u00e4tzlich fraktioniert.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zirkul\u00e4rer Beton mit weniger CO2-Ausstoss <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das Unternehmen hatte am Kreislauftag noch eine weitere Innovation auf Lager: Mit der Lieferung des ersten Kubikmeters \u00abzirkulit\u00bb-Beton begann im Mai 2021 f\u00fcr drei Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user das Zeitalter des zirkul\u00e4ren Betons. Mit dem Einsatz von 1850 Kubikmeter dieses zirkul\u00e4ren Betons spart die Bauherrin rund 3200 Tonnen Prim\u00e4rrohstoffe, wie die Firmenvertreter vorrechneten. Zudem speichere die neuartige Technologie CO2 im Beton und reduziere damit den CO2-Fussabdruck des Bauprojekts um 18\u2019500 Kilogramm.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Grosses Potenzial<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das Potenzial von zirkulit-Beton ist gem\u00e4ss Eberhard gross. Theoretisch k\u00f6nnte die Bauwirtschaft in der Schweiz j\u00e4hrlich 7,5 Millionen Tonnen Abfall beseitigen und gleichzeitig \u00fcber 42 Millionen Kilogramm CO2 im Beton speichern.
