Dazu wurden mehr als 200 f\u00fchrende IT- und Business-Entscheider gro\u00dfer und mittelgro\u00dfer Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum befragt. Die empirische Untersuchung ermittelt, wie sich die dortige IT in den n\u00e4chsten zehn Jahren voraussichtlich entwickeln wird. Auf dieser Basis liefert sie ein pr\u00e4zises Organisationszielbild f\u00fcr ein digitales und agiles Unternehmen und spricht konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zur operativen Umsetzung aus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Digitalisierung ist Chefsache<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber 50 Prozent der befragten Unternehmen ber\u00fccksichtigen die Themen Digitalisierung und Internet of Things (IoT) bereits heute in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung ihrer Gesch\u00e4ftsstrategie, nur rund 20 Prozent planen diesbez\u00fcglich gar nichts. Die sich daraus ergebende Relevanz spiegelt sich auch in der Verantwort-lichkeit wieder: Die \u00fcberwiegende Mehrheit sieht die Gesamtverantwortung f\u00fcr Planung und Umsetzung von IoT-Projekten weiterhin bei ihrem CEO, nur eine Teilverantwortung beim CIO. Damit widerspricht die Studie dem oftmals postulierten Trend zum eigenen CDO (Chief Digital Officer) im Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mehr agile Strukturen im Unternehmen n\u00f6tig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Studie zeigt ebenfalls, dass zwar \u00fcber 80 Prozent der Befragten agile Strukturen als wichtig oder sehr wichtig f\u00fcr die Digitalisierung eines Unternehmens halten, aber gleichzeitig weniger als 25 Prozent des eigenen Unternehmens bereits in agilen Strukturen arbeiten. F\u00fcr die Zukunft wird hier lediglich ein Anteil zwischen 25 und 50 Prozent erwartet. \u201eDies \u00fcberrascht umso mehr, als eine st\u00e4rkere Ver\u00e4nderung in Richtung agiler Prinzipien zu erwarten gewesen w\u00e4re, denn die Unternehmen m\u00fcssen zuk\u00fcnftig in zwei \u201eBetriebsmodi&#8220; fahren: Sie m\u00fcssen weiterhin eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Leistung im Kerngesch\u00e4ft bieten, aber auch die kundenzentrierte<\/p>\n<p>Innovationskraft und Schnelligkeit, wie wir sie von Start-ups kennen. Und das geht nur mit agilen Strukturen&#8220;, wertet Carsten Glohr, Managing Partner bei Detecon und Experte f\u00fcr Digitalisierungsstrategien, das Studienergebnis. Unternehmen sollten Agilit\u00e4t daher nicht nur in den Prozessen, sondern auch konsequent in der Aufbauorganisation etablieren, indem sie vernetzte und abteilungs\u00fcbergreifende digitale Teams bilden, r\u00e4t Detecon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00f6herer Bedarf an qualifizierten Mitarbeitern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach Ansicht der Studienteilnehmer vernichtet das IoT keine Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, im Gegenteil. Die Studie zeigt: Automatisierung und Digitalisierung sorgen vielmehr f\u00fcr ein beachtliches Personalwachstum im Unternehmen. Dieses wird mit j\u00e4hrlich bis zu zehn Prozent prognostiziert. Dringend gesucht wird insbesondere \u201edigitale Kompetenz&#8220;, d. h. Personal, das auf Digitalisierung spezialisiert ist. \u201eEs sind ganz neue Berufsbildern entstanden wie ,Big Data Analyst\u2018 oder ,Social Media Manager\u2018&#8220;, erkl\u00e4rt Carsten Glohr. \u201eDass knapp 88 Prozent der Unternehmen der Heraus-forderung der Digitalisierung vorrangig durch den Aufbau von Kompetenzen im eigenen Haus begegnen wollen, sprich: durch Festanstellungen, unterst\u00fctzt diese These.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ver\u00e4nderung in allen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wenig \u00fcberraschend ist, dass Unternehmen die st\u00e4rksten Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung bei ihren IT-Abteilungen erwarten. Business Units wie Service, Logistik und Produktion beanspruchen, unterst\u00fctzt durch Cloud-Modelle und Software-as-a-Service, die Hoheit \u00fcber die IT aus strategischen Gr\u00fcnden zunehmend f\u00fcr sich. Diese Entwicklung ist laut Studie derzeit beispielsweise im Marketing-Umfeld hinsichtlich der Produkt-IT zu beobachten.
