Die Datengrundlage der Studie umfasst rund 20’000 M\u00f6belst\u00fccke pro Jahr, die im Rahmen von Projekten im Zusammenhang mit B\u00fcro-Reorganisationen, Standortverlagerungen und betrieblichen Restrukturierungen \u00fcbernommen, gepr\u00fcft, aufbereitet und wieder in Nutzung gebracht werden. Rund 93 Prozent der \u00fcbernommenen M\u00f6bel k\u00f6nnen einer Zweitverwendung zugef\u00fchrt werden. Der verbleibende Anteil von rund 7 Prozent wird fachgerecht recycelt oder entsorgt.<\/p>\n

Typische Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr diese Projekte sind Fl\u00e4chenkonsolidierungen, Standortzusammenlegungen, organisatorische Neuausrichtungen oder wirtschaftliche Anpassungen. Technische M\u00e4ngel der M\u00f6bel sind dagegen nur selten der Grund.<\/p>\n

Reale Wirkung statt theoretisches Potenzial<\/h3>\n

Auf Basis der tats\u00e4chlich j\u00e4hrlich im Kreislauf gef\u00fchrten M\u00f6belst\u00fccke ergibt sich folgende dokumentierte Gr\u00f6ssenordnung: rund 700 Tonnen eingespartes Material pro Jahr und \u00fcber 1’600 Tonnen vermiedene CO\u2082-Emissionen j\u00e4hrlich.<\/p>\n

Die Berechnung basiert auf einem durchschnittlichen M\u00f6belgewicht von 35 kg sowie konservativen Emissionswerten von 80 kg CO\u2082 pro neu produziertem M\u00f6belst\u00fcck. Ziel der Hochrechnung ist nicht die Maximierung der Wirkung, sondern eine realistische Einordnung der Dimension.<\/p>\n
