(Bild: Coop)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Motion Buman, die Wegwerf-Plastiks\u00e4cke ganz verbeiten wollte, ist vom Parlament definitiv vom Tisch genommen worden. Dar\u00fcber zeigt sich der Schweizer Detailhandel erfreut. Er will nun aber freiwillige Massnahmen umsetzen, um die Zahl der abgegebenen Einweg-Plastiks\u00e4cke rasch und massiv zu verringern.<\/p>\n<p>Coop prescht vor, und setzte seine Massnahmen bereits ab dem 24: Oktober um. Ab dann sollen Einwegplastiks\u00e4cke 5 Rappen kosten, zumiindest an 10 Verkaufsstellen in der Stadt Z\u00fcrich.\u00a0Umfragen und Tests von Coop haben gezeigt, dass vier von f\u00fcnf Kunden auf einen Einwegplastiksack verzichten, sobald dieser etwas kostet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reduktion um 80 % als Ziel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In einem ersten Schritt wird Coop in den zehn Verkaufsstellen\u00a0die Abl\u00e4ufe an den Kassen untersuchen, um diese m\u00f6glichst kundenfreundlich zu gestalten. Bis im Fr\u00fchjahr 2017 werden die \u00f6kologischen Raschels\u00e4cke dann in allen \u00fcber 850 Coop-Superm\u00e4rkten in der ganzen Schweiz f\u00fcr 5 Rappen erh\u00e4ltlich sein. Coop hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, auf diese Weise die Zahl der abgegebenen Plastikeinwegs\u00e4cke in den Coop-Superm\u00e4rkten um 80 % zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e4ckchen aus 100 % Recyclingmaterial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coop will eine nachhaltige und kundenfreundliche L\u00f6sung beim Umgang mit den Einwegplastiks\u00e4cken erreichen. Deshalb sind diese bei Coop aus 100 % Recyclingmaterial, das weitgehend aus Folienabf\u00e4llen aus den Coop-Verteilzentralen stammt. Der Erl\u00f6s aus dem Verkauf der Einwegs\u00e4cke fliesst in den Coop Fonds f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit, mit dem Coop innovative und nachhaltige Projekte unterst\u00fctzt. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen Kundinnen und Kunden an den Coop-Supermarkt-Kassen weiterhin Mehrwegtaschen erwerben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Migros hat Modell getestet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Migros zieht ab dem 1. November nach. Sie will die Abgabe gleich landesweit einf\u00fchren. Ein Test l\u00e4uft bereits seit 2013 im Kanton Waadt, wo die Migros f\u00fcr die Taschen 5 Rappen verlangt. Laut Migros haben sich die Kunden schnell daran gew\u00f6hnt &#8211; und der Verbrauch hat sich stark reduziert. Auch die Migros will die S\u00e4ckchen aus 100% Recyclingmaterial herstellen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Migros verdient ab den neuen Abgaben ebenfalls kein Geld &#8211; sie will die Gewinne in externe Umweltprojekte fliessen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gem\u00fcse gratis verpacken &#8211; oder mit Wiederverwendbaren Beuteln<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Weiter ausgenommen von der Abgabe sind die Gem\u00fcse- und Fr\u00fcchtes\u00e4ckchen. Hier testet die Migros allerdings im Moment ebenfalls eine Alternative: Wiederverwendbare Gem\u00fcsebeutel aus Polyester, mit seitlichen Fahnen, um die Etiketten anzubringen. Die Beutel sind waschbar und wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Meeresschutzorganisation Ocean Care entwickelt.
