Das Unternehmen stiess bei dieser Herausforderung an seine Grenzen. Der Personalchef war total absorbiert und konnte seine normale Arbeit nicht verrichten\u00bb, sagt Judith Wissmann, Gr\u00fcnderin und Pr\u00e4sidentin von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arbeitundkonflikt.ch\">Arbeitundkonflikt.ch<\/a>. Die an der Umsetzung der Massnahmen beteiligten Fachleute erkannten, dass in den Betrieben bei Vorw\u00fcrfen von Mitarbeitenden grosser Handlungsbedarf besteht. Eine lose Gruppe von Spezialist\/innen formierte sich zum Expertenpool Arbeitundkonflikt.ch und entwickelte Instrumente, die bei Pr\u00e4vention und Intervention eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren etwa Handlungsschritte einer Anlaufstelle oder Frageraster, Steps- und Terminplan f\u00fcr interne Untersuchungen.<\/p>\n<h2>Interdisziplin\u00e4res Kompetenzzentrum<\/h2>\n<p>Heute stellt Arbeitundkonflikt.ch ein interdisziplin\u00e4res Kompetenzzentrum zum Schutz der pers\u00f6nlichen Integrit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Betriebe und Betroffene dar. Kerngebiete sind Pr\u00e4vention und Intervention. Eine Spezialit\u00e4t von Arbeitundkonflikt.ch sind innerbetriebliche und \u00f6ffentliche Seminare und Workshops. Bei dieser Pr\u00e4ventionsmassnahme werden F\u00fchrungspersonen und Anlaufstellen anhand eigens f\u00fcr Schulungen gedrehten Video-Clips oder live gespielten Szenen trainiert.<\/p>\n<h2>Erfahrene Expert\/innen<\/h2>\n<p>Der Expertenpool f\u00fcr Arbeit und Konflikt vereint Organisationsentwicklungs-, juristisches, p\u00e4dagogisches und psychologisches Know-how. Der Fachpersonenpool besteht aus sehr erfahrenen Expert\/innen f\u00fcr Konfliktkl\u00e4rung, innerbetriebliche Untersuchungen sowie Mediation. Kommunikations-Unterst\u00fctzung bei Krisen rund um Konflikte am Arbeitsplatz sind ein weiteres Aktionsfeld.
