Gefl\u00fcchtete mit F- oder B-Bewilligung k\u00f6nnen seit dem vergangenen Sommer bei AGVS-Garagisten eine einj\u00e4hrige Integrationsvorlehre absolvieren. Das Berufsfeld Automobil wurde bislang in den Kantonen Solothurn, Wallis und Z\u00fcrich angeboten. Ab dem Schuljahr 2019\/20 beteiligt sich neu auch die AGVS-Sektion Zentralschweiz mit acht bis zehn Teilnehmern am Pilotprojekt des Staatssekretariats f\u00fcr Migration.<\/p>\n

Erfolg f\u00fcr die Beteiligten<\/h2>\n

Das erste Jahr war f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten ein Erfolg. Im Kanton Z\u00fcrich haben alle sechs Teilnehmer einen Lehrvertrag f\u00fcr eine Grundbildung mit eidgen\u00f6ssischem Berufsattest (EBA) oder eidgen\u00f6ssischem F\u00e4higkeitszeugnis (EFZ) erhalten. Darunter auch Mebrhatom Gebremeskel aus Eritrea, der seine Integrationsvorlehre in der Garage F. + Ch. M\u00fcller AG in Steinmaur absolvierte, dem Betrieb des Z\u00fcrcher AGVS-Sektionspr\u00e4sidenten Christian M\u00fcller. \u00abDas Wichtigste war f\u00fcr mich, dass ich gelernt habe, wie man hier arbeitet, welche Regeln gelten und wie man mit den Arbeitskollegen und Arbeitgebern umgehen muss\u00bb, sagt Gebremeskel. Ein positives Fazit zieht auch Melanie Aardalsbakke, Projektleiterin im Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt des Kantons Z\u00fcrich: \u00abEs f\u00e4llt auf, wie engagiert viele Lehrbetriebe sind und dieses Projekt auch als Chance und Horizonterweiterung wahrnehmen.\u00bb F\u00fcr das kommende Schuljahr haben sich bereits wieder zw\u00f6lf Z\u00fcrcher Garagenbetriebe angemeldet.<\/p>\n

Weg, um Berufsnachwuchs zu rekrutieren<\/h2>\n

Die Sektion Solothurn war auf Seiten des AGVS federf\u00fchrend und arbeitete zusammen mit der Zentrale in Bern das geltende Kompetenzraster aus. Darin ist der Lehrinhalt der Integrationslehre festgehalten. Der Raster stellt sicher, dass gesamtschweizerisch nach den gleichen Kriterien ausgebildet wird. \u00abDie Grundlage dazu bot die Ausbildung zum Automobil-Assistenten\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Thomas Jenni, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der AGVS-Sektion Solothurn. Die Teilnehmer arbeiten w\u00e4hrend drei Tagen pro Woche in der Garage und besuchen zwei Tage die Schule. Neben dem Spracherwerb und der Vermittlung von kulturellen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Besonderheiten der Schweiz erhalten sie dort fachtechnischen Unterricht. \u00abEs ist ein tolles Projekt, das sich f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten lohnt\u00bb, betont Jenni. \u00abWir brauchen Berufsnachwuchs und das ist ein Weg, um diesen zu rekrutieren.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Integrationsvorlehre hilft Fachkr\u00e4ftesituation zu entsch\u00e4rfen<\/h2>\n

Dem schliesst sich Olivier Maeder, beim AGVS f\u00fcr die Berufsbildung zust\u00e4ndig, an. \u00abDank der Integrationsvorlehre k\u00f6nnen die Teilnehmer Erfahrungen in der Schweizer Arbeitswelt sammeln und lernen parallel dazu die notwendigen Sprachkompetenzen\u00bb, sagt das AGVS-Gesch\u00e4ftsleitungsmitglied. \u00abDank dieser Basis k\u00f6nnen sie sp\u00e4ter eine EBA- oder EFZ-Lehre machen. Sie leisten damit auch einen positiven Beitrag zur Entsch\u00e4rfung der Fachkr\u00e4ftesituation.\u00bb<\/p>\n
