Der Photovoltaik-Verg\u00fctungssatz wird in zwei Schritten per 1. April und per 1. Oktober 2017 um bis zu 28 Prozent gesenkt und liegt ab dann f\u00fcr angebaute und freistehende Anlagen einheitlich bei 13,7 Rappen und f\u00fcr integrierte Anlagen bei 15,8 Rappen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Einmalverg\u00fctung f\u00fcr Photovoltaik-Anlagen bis zu einer Leistung von 30 kW wird per 1. April 2017 und 1. April 2018 in zwei Schritten abgesenkt. F\u00fcr angebaute und freistehende Anlagen bleibt der Grundbeitrag unver\u00e4ndert, der Leistungsbeitrag wird in den zwei Schritten um insgesamt 100 Franken\/kW abgesenkt. F\u00fcr integrierte Anlagen sinkt der Grundbeitrag um 200 Franken und der Leistungsbeitrag in zwei Schritten um insgesamt 150 Franken\/kW.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen KEV-Verg\u00fctungss\u00e4tze und Einmalverg\u00fctungen gelten f\u00fcr Anlagen, die nach Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnungsrevision in Betrieb genommen werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kleinwasserkraft: Wasserbau-Bonus und Grundverg\u00fctungen betroffen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Betroffen sind auch Kleinwasserkraftwerke. F\u00fcr diese gelten bereits ab 1. Januar 2017 um bis zu 18% tiefere Grundverg\u00fctungen und ein bis zu 50% tieferer Wasserbau-Bonus. Die neuen Verg\u00fctungss\u00e4tze gelten f\u00fcr Anlagen, die nach Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnungsrevision in Betrieb genommen werden. Nicht betroffen sind Betreiber von Anlagen, die ab dem 1. Januar 2017 in Betrieb gehen, jedoch schon vorher einen positiven Bescheid erhalten und die vollst\u00e4ndige erste Projektfortschrittsmeldung eingereicht haben.<\/p>\n<p>Diese und weitere \u00c4nderungen hat der Bundesrat am 2. Dezember 2016 in einer Revision der Energieverordnung festgelegt, die per 1.
