Wie hat sich der Sourcing-Markt im DACH-Raum entwickelt? Hier sind die f\u00fcnf wichtigsten Fakten und Trends des gesamten Jahres 2019, vor allem mit Blick auf die M\u00e4rkte in Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich, Schweiz:<\/p>\n

  1. Sourcing-Markt in DACH schrumpft leicht
    \n<\/strong>Im Gegensatz zum um 10 Prozent gewachsenen Sourcing-Markt in EMEA (Europa, Naher Osten, Afrika) ging 2019 das gesamte Jahresvertragsvolumen in DACH um 1 Prozent auf 4,7 Milliarden Euro zur\u00fcck. Die Gr\u00fcnde sind wirtschaftliche Unsicherheiten, vor allem in der Fertigungsindustrie und Energiebranche. Trotz des leichten R\u00fcckgangs des ACV verzeichnete DACH 2019 die bislang zweitbeste Jahresperformance, da die Unternehmen ihre Managed Services-Strategien und ihre digitalen Investitionen auf eine Linie bringen.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00dcberdurchschnittliches Wachstum bei Cloud- und As-a-Service-L\u00f6sungen in DACH
    \n<\/strong>Im Gegensatz zum leicht geschrumpften Gesamtmarkt fiel das Wachstum des As-a-Service-Vertragsvolumens in DACH 2019 im Vergleich zu den anderen gro\u00dfen europ\u00e4ischen M\u00e4rkten am st\u00e4rksten aus. Es stieg 2019 um 22 Prozent auf 1,8 Milliarden Euro. As-as-Service umfasst nun 38 Prozent des Gesamtmarktes. Die Wachstumsraten von jeweils 22 Prozent sowohl bei Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) als auch Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) zeigen, dass sich Unternehmen weiterhin in Richtung hybride und Multi-Cloud-Umgebungen bewegen.<\/li>\n
  3. Europaweit wuchs der Outsourcing-Markt 2019 um 10 Prozent
    \n<\/strong>In der gesamten EMEA-Region stieg der Wert der Outsourcing-Vertr\u00e4ge im Jahr 2019 um 10 Prozent, da die Unternehmen angesichts wirtschaftlicher Unsicherheiten auf Kostensenkungen und Investitionen in digitale L\u00f6sungen setzten. Das gesamte ACV von As-a-Service- und Managed-Services-Vertr\u00e4gen in EMEA erreichte 2019 einen Wert von 17,1 Milliarden Euro \u2013 befeuert von einer bemerkenswert starken zweiten Jahresh\u00e4lfte. Das Vertragsvolumen der Managed Services stieg im Jahresvergleich um 8 Prozent auf 10,7 Milliarden Euro. Die As-a-Service-Werte erreichten eine neue Rekordmarke von 6,4 Milliarden Euro, was einem Plus von 13 Prozent entspricht. As-a-Service machte damit im vergangenen Jahr 37 Prozent des Marktes in EMEA aus.<\/li>\n
  4. Rekordwerte in Gro\u00dfbritannien trotz Brexit
    \n<\/strong>Das Gesamtmarktvolumen in Gro\u00dfbritannien und Irland stieg 2019 um 13 Prozent auf 5,5 Milliarden Euro. Dies ist der h\u00f6chste Jahreswert seit 2012. Trotz der anhaltenden Unsicherheit wegen des Brexits setzen Unternehmen derzeit auf gr\u00f6\u00dfere IT-Investitionen und konzentrieren sich auf die digitale Transformation und den Technologieeinsatz, um ihre Produktivit\u00e4t zu erh\u00f6hen und das Erlebnis ihrer Kunden zu verbessern. Das Marktvolumen von Managed Services stieg im Vergleich zu 2018 um 15 Prozent auf 3,3 Milliarden Euro. Das As-a-Service-Marktvolumen \u00fcberstieg nun schon im zweiten Jahr in Folge 2 Milliarden Euro und macht nun 40 Prozent des Gesamtmarkts in Gro\u00dfbritannien und Irland aus. Sowohl Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) als auch Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) erreichten neue H\u00f6chstwerte.<\/li>\n
  5. Weltweit wuchs das Sourcing-Gesch\u00e4ft ebenfalls um 10 Prozent
    \n<\/strong>Weltweit gesehen legte das Vertragsvolumen des gesamten Sourcing-Marktes 2019 im Vergleich zum Vorjahr genau wie in EMEA um 10 Prozent zu, weltweit auf 55,7 Milliarden US-Dollar. Befl\u00fcgelt wurde der globale Markt durch eine Rekordnachfrage nach As-a-Service-L\u00f6sungen, die im vergangenen Jahr um 21 Prozent auf 28 Milliarden US-Dollar stiegen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Barbara Florsch\u00fctz, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin der Information Services Group (ISG) Germany, gibt folgende Marktprognose: \u201eDer makro\u00f6konomische Gegenwind, der in Europa weht, hat dazu gef\u00fchrt, dass sich das Tempo des digitalen Wandels in der Region eher beschleunigt als verlangsamt hat. Digitale Technologien sind in der heutigen technologieorientierten Welt f\u00fcr Unternehmen zu einer Standardoption geworden. Die Unternehmen suchen nach Wegen, Kosten einzusparen und investieren diese Gewinne dann in Technologien, mit denen sie das Erlebnis ihrer Kunden verbessern und gegen\u00fcber neuen Mitbewerbern wie zum Beispiel Start-ups wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig bleiben k\u00f6nnen.\u201c<\/p>\n
