Seit 1998 bietet die Boss Info AG (bossinfo.ch<\/a>) ICT-Infrastruktur und betriebswirtschaftliche Gesamtl\u00f6sungen auf der Basis von Microsoft Dynamics an. 2019 hat die Boss Info Holding AG 2019 die Firmen pmc Informatik AG, die profinance.ch AG f\u00fcr ERP-Software sowie die Daneco AG \u00fcbernommen. Alle drei Firmen wurden als Tochterfirmen der Boss Info Holding AG, jedoch unter deren eigenen Namen, weitergef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Zusammenlegung f\u00fchrender KMU-Spezialisten<\/h2>\n

Nach reiflicher \u00dcberlegung ist der Verwaltungsrat der Dachgesellschaft zum Schluss gekommen, von einer aufw\u00e4ndigen und kostspieligen Multibrand- zu einer Singlebrand-Strategie zu wechseln. Damit sollen vorhandene Synergien noch besser genutzt werden: R\u00fcckwirkend per 1. Januar 2020 werden alle operativen Firmen in der Schweiz zu einer Firma fusioniert und einheitlich unter dem Namen
\n„Boss Info AG“ auftreten. Aufgrund der geographischen N\u00e4he werden die Standorte Fehraltorf und F\u00e4llanden per 31. M\u00e4rz 2020 am Standort F\u00e4llanden zusammengelegt. Dieser Standort wird ab 1. April 2020 in Co-Leitung von Jan Wild, dem bisherigen Standortleiter, und neu Daniel Pechmann gef\u00fchrt. Der Standort Langenthal wie auch die anderen Standorte bleiben bestehen, s\u00e4mtliche Mitarbeitenden der bisherigen Tochterfirmen arbeiten nun unter dem neuen Dach. Damit z\u00e4hlt das IT-Unternehmen in der Schweiz neu 7 Standorte mit rund 160 Mitarbeitenden.<\/p>\n

Boss Info AG als ICT-Gesamtanbieterin f\u00fcr den KMU-Markt<\/h2>\n

Das Zusammenwachsen mit \u00fcber einem Dutzend Firmen in den letzten Jahren erm\u00f6glicht dem Unternehmen, noch pr\u00e4senter auf dem ERP-Markt aufzutreten und umfassende Business Software-Umgebungen auch f\u00fcr kleinere Unternehmen anzubieten. Neben dem gesamten Microsoft-Produktangebot sind ICT-Infrastruktur\/Systemtechnik, Web-Applikationen wie beispielsweise Webshops und Portale sowie Schulungen weitere Standbeine der Boss Info AG. Das Unternehmen ist mit ihren Archiv- und Workflow-L\u00f6sungen auch im Bereich Prozessautomatisierung kein unbeschriebenes Blatt.<\/p>\n
