Der gesamte Verkaufsertrag fliesst in einen Gastronomie-Hilfsfonds und wird in der Schweiz \u00fcber\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jre.eu\/de\/schweiz\">Jeunes Restaurateurs<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gastrosuisse.ch\/verband\/?no_cache=1\">GastroSuisse<\/a>\u00a0sowie\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gastroschwyz.ch\/gastroschwyz\/\">GastroSchwyz<\/a>\u00a0und in Deutschland \u00fcber \u00e4quivalente Organisationen an die Gastronomie gespendet. Ein besonderes Augenmerk gilt dabei den jungen Gastronomen, da diese von der aktuellen Situation h\u00e4ufig besonders stark tangiert sind. \u00abAls Retail-, Online- und Versand-H\u00e4ndler sind wir gl\u00fccklicherweise nicht so dramatisch vom Lockdown aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie betroffen. Die Gastronomie, die f\u00fcr den Weinhandel ein sehr wichtiger Partner ist, daf\u00fcr umso mehr. Deshalb unterst\u00fctzen wir mit diesem Projekt die Gastronomie. Als traditionsbewusstes und eines der \u00e4ltesten Handelsh\u00e4user der Schweiz ist uns das ein besonderes Anliegen\u00bb, kommentiert Nikolas von Haugwitz, Vorsitzender der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung der Schuler St. Jakobskellerei. Er unterstreicht damit\u00a0die partnerschaftliche Verbundenheit zur Gastronomiebranche.\u00a0Angestrebt ist eine Gesamt-Spendensumme von\u00a0ca. CHF 500\u2019000.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Helfen und geniessen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Charity-Weinedition, bestehend aus je einem erstklassigen typischen toskanischen und mallorquinischen Rotwein sowie einem edlen Tropfen aus dem Wallis, ist auf 30\u2019000 Flaschen limitiert. Wer \u00abHelp with a bottle.today\u00bb leisten will, bestellt \u00abseinen\u00bb Charity-Wein in der Schweiz und Deutschland \u00fcber\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/helpwithabottle.today\/\">helpwithabottle.today<\/a>.\u00a0Der Verkaufspreis f\u00fcr ein Hilfspaket mit sechs Flaschen liegt bei CHF 110 \/ \u20ac 99.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>With a little help &#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das Projekt l\u00f6ste auch bei den relevanten Umsetzungspartnern f\u00fcr Design, Druck, Marketing und Kommunikation eine Welle der Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Ganz im Sinne des Beatles-Songs \u00abWith a little help from my friends\u00bb erbringen die jeweiligen Unternehmen ihre Dienstleistungen kostenlos oder mit besonderem Charity-Rabatt.<\/p>\n<p>Initiiert wurde diese Charity-Aktion vor gerade einmal zwei Wochen durch die Schuler St. Jakobskellerei und Ses Talaioles, zwei Familienunternehmen. Das ist kein Zufall.\u00a0W\u00e4hrend die Schuler St. Jakobskellerei bereits seit \u00fcber 325 Jahren und in 11. Generation in Familienbesitz ist, handelt es sich bei Ses Talaioles um ein noch junges Familienunternehmen.
