Mal ehrlich: wenn ich Ihnen vor einem Jahr prognostiziert h\u00e4tte, dass Leute aus den USA nicht mehr in die EU einreisen d\u00fcrfen, h\u00e4tten Sie mir geglaubt? Oder dass wir in Z\u00fcge nur noch mit Masken d\u00fcrfen? Oder dass es klar ist, dass keiner weiss, wo wir wirtschaftlich Ende des Jahres stehen werden?<\/p>\n

Kollektiv wandlungsf\u00e4hig<\/h2>\n

Nun, jetzt sind wir mittendrin \u2013 und wahrscheinlich geht es Ihnen etwa wie mir: irgendwie geht es trotzdem voran, teilweise nicht einmal schlecht. Und das was gestern noch unvorstellbar war, ist jetzt das neue Normal. Und das ist genau der Grund, warum wir als menschliche Spezies trotz sehr unvorteilhafter k\u00f6rperlicher Voraussetzungen es soweit gebracht haben (im Guten wie im Schlechten): Wir sind kollektiv und bewusst extrem anpassungs- und wandlungsf\u00e4hig.<\/p>\n

Bereiche mit Potenzial f\u00fcr Wandel<\/h2>\n

Hier kommt der Punkt f\u00fcr Sie als F\u00fchrungsperson oder CEO: Wir sind zwar gut in der Anpassung aufgrund von Zw\u00e4ngen, aber wir sind schlecht im vorausschauenden Wandel. Das ist genau das Problem bei jeglicher Strategie-Implementierung und jedem Kulturwandel: wenn die Leute nicht die absolute Notwendigkeit SP\u00dcREN (also: emotional), \u00e4ndern sie nichts. Hier sind drei Bereiche, in denen ich immer wieder enormes Potenzial f\u00fcr schnelleren und konsequenteren Wandel sehe:<\/p>\n

  1. Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle<\/strong>
    \nDie Unternehmensfriedh\u00f6fe sind voll von Unternehmen, die glaubten, dass ihr Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell f\u00fcr alle Zukunft Bestand h\u00e4tte. Nur um dann oft innerhalb weniger Jahre hinweggefegt zu werden. Warum ist es so schwer, Business-Modelle zu \u00e4ndern oder neue zu generieren? Ich sehe zwei wesentliche Gr\u00fcnde: Erstens, zu wenige wissen, wie das geht (Test: Fragen Sie die Mitglieder Ihres F\u00fchrungsteams einzeln, welches Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell Ihr Unternehmen gerade praktiziert; Sie werden viele verschiedene Antworten bekommen \u2013 wenn \u00fcberhaupt). Und zweitens, das Bestehende ist doch viel bequemer und scheinbar sicherer.<\/li>\n
  2. Gewinnerteam-Kultur<\/strong>
    \nUnsere Kultur ist meist das, was uns in der Komfortzone h\u00e4lt. Nur wenige Unternehmen schaffen es, eine Kultur des Diskomforts zu kreieren, in der es laufende Weiterentwicklung gibt, die zum Teil anstrengend ist. Daf\u00fcr braucht man das richtige Mindset. Daran kann man arbeiten. Oder besser: man MUSS daran arbeiten. Und zwar laufend. Ich sehe jedenfalls nur wenige KMUs, die ihre Kultur bewusst gestalten.<\/li>\n
  3. Kundenbindung<\/strong>
    \nEs ist erstaunlich, dass in den meisten Unternehmen immer noch erhebliche Potenziale f\u00fcr bessere Kundenbindung bestehen, obwohl es Dutzende von B\u00fcchern und Kursen dar\u00fcber gibt. Auch das hat mehr mit der inneren Einstellung als mit Prozessen zu tun.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In allen diesen Bereichen kann das, was Sie heute f\u00fcr normal halten, morgen obsolet sein. Ich empfehle, dass Sie mit der F\u00fchrungsmannschaft die genannten Themen laufend durchleuchten. Das ist die wichtigsten F\u00fchrungsaufgabe.<\/p>\n
