Mit dem Ausbau der bisherigen Leistungen will die Vermittlungsagentur Schweizer Organisationen zunehmend dabei unterst\u00fctzen, wirksame Vielfalt in ihre strategischen Gremien zu bringen.<\/p>\n<p>Das neue Beratungsangebot \u201eDiversity by Design\u201c fokussiert auf die systematische Gestaltung von Such- und Auswahlprozessen, die die Ergebnisse zugunsten der Diversit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t steigern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gemischte Teams haben mehr Erfolg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nun besetzt GetDiversity seine oberste F\u00fchrungsebene selbst neu. Zuk\u00fcnftige Inhaberinnen und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerinnen sind die erfahrenen Unternehmerinnen und Verwaltungsr\u00e4tinnen Esther-Mirjam de Boer (47) und Carla Jane Kaufmann (36). \u201eWir wollen den Diversit\u00e4tsbegriff sinnvoll erweitern und neue Medien umfassend nutzen. Gleichzeitig wollen wir die Vision der beiden Gr\u00fcnderinnen weiterf\u00fchren: Strategische Gremien formen die Zukunft. Vielfalt stellt sicher, dass dies umfassend und nachhaltig geschieht. GetDiversity bringt systematisch Vielfalt in strategische Gremien, denn sie ist ein strategischer Erfolgsfaktor f\u00fcr Innovation und Evolution. Kurz gesagt: gemischte Teams bringen mehr Erfolg.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Anders als bei Executive Search Firmen, pflegt GetDiversity ein pers\u00f6nliches und aktives Netzwerk von \u00fcber 100 Verwaltungsr\u00e4tinnen, die sich untereinander kennen und Erfahrungen austauschen. Dieses Netzwerk umfasst VR-erfahrene und strategief\u00e4hige Frauen aus allen Branchen und Berufsgruppen. Vertreten sind dort u.a. Entscheiderinnen aus Grossunternehmen sowie Unternehmerinnen, leitende Verwaltungsfrauen, f\u00fchrende Exponentinnen von Verb\u00e4nden und Interessensvertretungen sowie Wissenschaftlerinnen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Breite ist einzigartig in der Schweiz und \u00fcberzeugt. Eva Jaisli (Inhaberin und CEO von PB Swiss Tools, Verwaltungsr\u00e4tin Berner Kantonalbank und weitere VR-Mandate).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vermittlung von Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das bisherige Dienstleistungsangebot von GetDiversity umfasst die Vermittlung von strategief\u00e4higen Frauen und M\u00e4nnern &#8211; \u00abDiversity Search\u00bb &#8211; sowie die gezielte Erg\u00e4nzung von geeigneten Frauen-Kandidaturen in firmeninternen Rekrutierungen \u2013 \u201eDiversity in the Second Loop\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue dritte Schwerpunkt ist ein Beratungsangebot mit dem Titel \u201eDiversity by Design\u201c und fokussiert auf die Gestaltung von Such- und Auswahlprozessen, die systematisch Team-Vielfalt als Ergebnis von Recruiting-Prozessen steigern und Verzerrungen in Entscheidungen zu reduzieren.
