In vielen Unternehmen sind Videokonferenzen mittlerweile Alltag geworden. Doch auch im Austausch mit Kunden ist Videokommunikation immer mehr das Mittel der Wahl. Wann macht Videokommunikation Sinn? <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Technologie \u00e4ndert sich jeden Tag. Und Zeit ist eines der wichtigsten Dinge in unserem Leben. Daher m\u00f6chten die Menschen nicht viel Zeit damit verbringen, Informationen zu erhalten oder ein Problem zu l\u00f6sen. Wenn sie warten m\u00fcssen, dann sollte es sich auch lohnen. Unsere Mission ist es daher, das Kundenerlebnis zu vereinfachen und die Endbenutzer mit ihrem Kundenservice zufriedenzustellen. So entstand aus dieser Erkenntnis die Videokommunikationsidee von CCR. Wir wollten, dass die Leute Zeit f\u00fcr sich sparen k\u00f6nnen, anstatt in die Bankfiliale oder ins Krankenhaus zu gehen.<\/p>\n

Die Videokommunikation wird heute zu einem Pr\u00fcfstein der digitalen Transformation. W\u00e4hrend der Pandemie haben sich viele Unternehmen betreffend unserer Videokommunikationsl\u00f6sung EasyConnect Video an uns gewendet. Sie wollen von Angesicht zu Angesicht mit ihren Kunden in Verbindung bleiben. Sei es beispielsweise im Banking f\u00fcr die Kunden oder in der Telemedizin f\u00fcr ihre Patienten.\u00a0 Wir haben 2017 unser erstes Telemedizinprojekt mit Medgate<\/a> gestartet. Was muss bei der Implementierung beachtet werden? <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Zun\u00e4chst m\u00fcssen Sie ein Callcenter haben. Unsere L\u00f6sung funktioniert derzeit auf der Call Center-Plattform. Dies ist der Grund, warum EasyConnect Video so viel Erfolg bringt. Wenn die Videokommunikation in das Call Center implementiert ist, kann problemlos die Historie oder Daten aller Kunden abgerufen werden. Man kann die neuen Informationen auch im Kundendatensatz speichern. Technisch kann die L\u00f6sung auf virtuellen Servern implementiert werden, was die Implementierungszeit erheblich verk\u00fcrzt und den Kunden Kosteneinsparungen bietet. Unsere Implementierungen k\u00f6nnen auch remote durchgef\u00fchrt werden, um allen Beteiligten zus\u00e4tzliche Sicherheit f\u00fcr ihre Gesundheit zu bieten, indem vermieden wird, im selben Raum zusammenzuarbeiten.<\/p>\n

Welche Zusatzinvestitionen sind notwendig? <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Die Call Center-Plattform sollte eines der Genesys-Produkte sein. CCR ist Gold Partner von Genesys. EasyConnect Video funktioniert mit Genesys Engage und PureConnect. Die Cloud-Unterst\u00fctzung in der Roadmap f\u00fcr 2021 ist ebenfalls einfach zu integrieren. Unsere Kunden ben\u00f6tigen einfache PCs oder Laptops mit Kameras, um loszulegen. Wir unterst\u00fctzen auch mobile Ger\u00e4te wie Telefone und Tablets, damit die Kunden die Call Center per Videoanruf auf ihren Mobilger\u00e4ten erreichen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Dies bietet eine komfortable Interaktion mit pers\u00f6nlichem Online-Banking oder digitalem On-Boarding, einem brandneuen Vertriebskanal im Einzelhandel, Schadensbewertung von Live-Versicherungen nach einem Unfall, schnelleren Zugriff auf Nachrichten vom Geschehen mit Live-Benachrichtigungen, Face-to-Face Dienstleistungen, die das Leben behinderter Menschen erleichtern, Diagnose durch Videokonferenzen im Gesundheitssektor (Telemedizin) und so weiter.
