Nachfolger Daniel Arnold r\u00fcckt zum Jahreswechsel an die Spitze der Boss Info. Der im ICT-Markt bestens bekannte ERP-Spezialist verantwortete als Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung viele Jahre den Bereich Verkauf \/ Beratung. Neben dem Aufbau des Bereichs Produkte und Services fungierte er zuletzt auch als Standortleiter Aarburg.<\/p>\n<h2>Daniel Arnold \u00fcbernimmt von Simon Boss<\/h2>\n<p>Der 45-j\u00e4hrige Daniel Arnold folgt auf Simon Boss, der seit der Firmengr\u00fcndung nach 22 Jahren die operative Leitung \u00fcbergibt, um sich ab 1. Januar 2021 voll und ganz auf das Business Development der Boss Info konzentrieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Den Vorsitz des Verwaltungsrats h\u00e4lt Inhaber Simon Boss weiterhin inne.<\/p>\n<h2>Richtiger Zeitpunkt f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungswechsel<\/h2>\n<p>Das Management der Boss Info hat das laufende Jahr intensiv f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung der Neuorganisation genutzt. \u201eDie neue Organisationsstruktur, welche ab 1. Januar 2021 in Kraft tritt, ist pr\u00e4destiniert daf\u00fcr, alte Z\u00f6pfe abzuschneiden und das operative Gesch\u00e4ft in neue H\u00e4nde zu \u00fcbergeben\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Simon Boss, der bereits seit geraumer Zeit seinen Nachfolger bestimmt hatte. \u201eDie neue Struktur ist f\u00fcr die Boss Info von immenser Bedeutung, um weiteres Wachstum aufnehmen zu k\u00f6nnen\u201c, so der Vision\u00e4r und Firmeninhaber weiter. \u201eDaniel Arnold bringt das notwendige R\u00fcstzeug mit, um dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle gerecht zu werden\u201c, ist Simon Boss \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8222;Grosse Fussstapfen&#8220; bei der Boss Info AG<\/h2>\n<p>Daniel Arnold ist sich der Gr\u00f6sse der neuen Aufgabe bewusst: \u201eIch freue mich riesig auf diese Herausforderung und bin stolz auf das in mich gesetzte Vertrauen.
