Am 20. April 2021 fand die achte Randstad Award Verleihung statt, dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal als Online-Event. Der Preis wird j\u00e4hrlich in \u00fcber 34 L\u00e4ndern an den attraktivsten Arbeitgeber verliehen. Die Ergebnisse basieren auf der repr\u00e4sentativen und weltweit wohl umfassendsten Employer Branding Studie. Die Studie ist unabh\u00e4ngig; Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen sich nicht f\u00fcr eine Teilnahme bewerben, sie werden aufgrund ihrer Mitarbeiterzahl f\u00fcr die Studie ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n

Weshalb Employer Branding wichtig ist<\/h2>\n

Die momentan berechtigte Frage, um die sich der Event aufgestellt hat, lautete \u00abWeshalb ist Employer Branding in Krisenzeiten wichtig?\u00bb. Diverse Fachleute aus der HR-Branche lieferten Inputs zur Beantwortung dieser Frage, und auch die aktuelle Employer Brand Studie beleuchtet Erkenntnisse dazu. Pim de Morree von Corporate Rebels erkl\u00e4rte den Event-Teilnehmenden im Gespr\u00e4ch, was attraktive Unternehmen gemeinsam haben und wie sie sich noch weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Stolzer Gewinner des Randstad Award 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In den letzten sieben Jahren war die Flughafen Z\u00fcrich AG stets unter den Top 5 der attraktivsten Arbeitgeber platziert. Zum ersten Mal hat er es nun auf den ersten Platz geschafft und den Randstad Award als attraktivster Arbeitgeber der Schweiz gewonnen. Bruno Zanella, Head of HR bei Flughafen Z\u00fcrich AG: \u00abWir freuen uns sehr \u00fcber diese Auszeichnung. Employer Branding ist immer wichtig \u2013 auch in Krisenzeiten. Dieses Jahr konnten sich die Banque Pictet & Cie und die Swiss Re zum ersten Mal in den Top 10 der attraktivsten Arbeitgeber einreihen. ABB ist der gr\u00f6sste Sprung nach vorne gelungen: Das Unternehmen konnte ganze 41 Pl\u00e4tze gut machen und ist nun auf Rang 36 platziert.<\/p>\n
