Nun soll es endlich wieder losgehen, das corona-bedingte Verbot von Grossveranstaltungen wird sukzessive aufgehoben. Und man sp\u00fcrt es nicht nur in der MICE-Branche: Das Publikum lechzt nach Live-Events mit pers\u00f6nlichen Kontakten vor Ort und ist \u00fcbers\u00e4ttigt von virtuellen Webinaren und Konferenzen. Oliver Stoldt von der MICE Service Group Schweiz blieb w\u00e4hrend der \u00abEiszeit\u00bb f\u00fcr Events aber nicht unt\u00e4tig. Sein Anspruch war es, zu den ersten zu geh\u00f6ren, die wieder mit nationalen Grossveranstaltungen aufwarten k\u00f6nnen, sobald es die Verh\u00e4ltnisse wieder erlauben. Zusammen mit Janine Heukamp nahm er entsprechend die Planungen f\u00fcr \u00abThe Circle Conference\u00bb in Angriff. Wobei: einen \u00abPlan B\u00bb gibt es nicht und gab es f\u00fcr Oliver Stoldt auch nie, wie er neulich gegen\u00fcber der \u00abWerbewoche\u00bb<\/a> erl\u00e4uterte. Er und Janine Heukamp glauben an den Neustart der Branche.<\/p>\n

The Circle Conference macht sich zum Thema<\/h2>\n

Am 1. Juli 2021 wird es nun soweit sein: Die erste grosse Messe nach Ausbruch der Covid-Pandemie vor eineinhalb Jahren mit Publikum findet im neu er\u00f6ffneten \u00abThe Circle Convention Center\u00bb am Flughafen Z\u00fcrich statt und macht sich unter dem Titel \u00abThe Circle Conference\u00bb gleich selbst zum Thema. Neben namhaften Referentinnen und Referenten zu aktuellen Themen diskutieren erfahrene Repr\u00e4sentanten aus den Bereichen Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Events, kurz: MICE, \u00fcber die k\u00fcnftige Ausrichtung des Kongress- und Eventbusiness, das durch die Krise v\u00f6llig aufgemischt wurde. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Eventprofi Schoscho Rufener, Jazzfestival-Organisator und St. Moritzer Gemeindepr\u00e4sident Christian Jott Jenny und Claudio Kaul, Vice President Group Operations & Team Lead Event Management Swiss Re.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus bietet \u00abThe Circle Conference\u00bb am 1. Juli ein aussergew\u00f6hnlich breit besetztes Programm mit ausgew\u00e4hlten Rednerinnen und Rednern, innovativen Workshops, Fachgespr\u00e4chen und B\u00fchnentalks. In einem neuartigen, interaktiven Messekonzept treten Destinationen, Tagungshotels, Incentive-Anbieter, Eventlocations & Meetingplaces in direkten Kontakt mit den Besucherinnen und Besuchern. \u00abDas Networking ist ein bedeutender Bestandteil unserer Fachmesse\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Oliver Stoldt. \u00abDer direkte Austausch mit Branchenvertretern hat im Corona-Jahr gefehlt. Das merken wir deutlich an den bereits abgesetzten Tickets und Anmeldungen der Aussteller. Das Interesse ist riesig am Restart der Branche, den Zukunftsaussichten und zeigt uns eindr\u00fccklich, wie gross das Bed\u00fcrfnis ist.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Spannende Referate<\/h2>\n

Das Programm der \u00abCircle Conference\u00bb ist gespickt mit spannenden Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten und Themen. Unter anderen erwartet das Publikum den Solar-Forscher Bertrand Piccard, Ex-Mr.-Corona Daniel Koch und den Ehrenpr\u00e4sidenten des FC Basels, Bernhard Heusler. Zu den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Innovation, Social Selling und Change Management sprechen die internationalen Experten Sita Mazumder, German Ramirez und Reto Wampfler. Zu akuten Themen wie New Work, neue Arbeitswelten, Kommunikation, F\u00fchrung und Mobilit\u00e4t erf\u00e4hrt das Auditorium neueste Erkenntnisse der Expertin Leonie M\u00fcller, des Ex-FIFA-Schiedsrichters Urs Meier, der Pilotinnengruppe #clearedtoland, dem Berufspiloten Philip Keil und dem Cirque du Soleil \u00abK\u00f6nig der Taschendiebe\u00bb Superstar Christian Lindemann. Die Organisatoren Janin Heukamp und Oliver Stoldt arbeiteten bei der Event-Planung mit den Hosting Partnern Flughafen Z\u00fcrich AG, The Circle Convention Center, Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle und Hyatt Place Zurich Airport The Circle zusammen. F\u00fcr Janin Heukamp war von Anfang an klar: \u00abDie Messe lebt von einem echten Austausch und echten Begegnungen. Entweder kann die Messe physisch stattfinden oder sie wird abgesagt.\u00bb Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage und der gewissenhaften Vorbereitung erteilten die Beh\u00f6rden denn auch die Bewilligung f\u00fcr die die Messe unter Einhaltung eines strengen Schutzkonzeptes und mit begrenzter Besucherzahl. Erwartet werden 800 bis 1\u2019000 Besucherinnen und Besucher. Der Eintritt ist kostenlos.<\/p>\n
