Im sog. „Crypto Valley“ im Kanton Zug sind ICT-Talente stark gefragt: 960 Firmen besch\u00e4ftigen dort und in der restlichen Schweiz sowie in Liechtenstein bereits \u00fcber 5000 Mitarbeitende. Doch der stark wachsende Bereich der Krypto-Technologie verlangt nach noch mehr beruflichen Nachwuchs. Bis 2028 werden in der gesamten IT-Branche mehr als 117000 neue Fachkr\u00e4fte ben\u00f6tigt. Erforderlich sind daf\u00fcr auch gen\u00fcgend Ausbildungspl\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n

Wie sich die Blockchain-Lehre gestaltet<\/h2>\n

Die beiden Zuger IT-Unternehmen Inacta und CV VC handeln nun, um ihren Bedarf an Spezialisten zu decken. Mit attraktiven Lehrstellen sollen junge Talente gef\u00f6rdert werden. Zusammen mit dem ebenfalls in Zug ans\u00e4ssigen Bildungsunternehmen TIE International gestalten sie deshalb die erste Blockchain-Lehre der Schweiz. Diese baut auf der Informatik- und Mediamatik-Lehre auf, erweitert um einen Fokus auf die Blockchain-Technologie. Das heisst, die IT-Ausbildung wird mit Themen wie Fintech, Crypto und Smart Contracts erg\u00e4nzt. Ab dem 2. Lehrjahr arbeiten die Lernenden in ihrem Ausbildungsbetrieb und sammeln erste Erfahrungen im Blockchain-Umfeld.<\/p>\n

Bildungsstrukturen aufbrechen<\/h2>\n

\u00dcber die Beweggr\u00fcnde, die zu dieser Blockchain-Lehre gef\u00fchrt haben, sagt Barbara Surber, Co-Founder und COO von TIE International: „Wir haben uns daf\u00fcr stark gemacht, dass im Bereich der Blockchain-Technologie die Bildungsstrukturen aufgebrochen werden und wir ganz gezielt ICT-Fachkr\u00e4fte in diesem Umfeld ausbilden k\u00f6nnen.“ Und Jennifer Arman, Head Corporate Center von Inacta erg\u00e4nzt: „Wir sehen die Blockchain als eine der zukunftsweisenden Technologien. Wir sehen es als unsere Verantwortung an, junge und interessierte Talente in diesem Bereich zu f\u00f6rdern. Mit der neu aufgebauten Blockchain-Lehre wollen wir die Grundlage f\u00fcr eine solide Basisausbildung im Herzen des Crypto Valleys schaffen.“<\/p>\n

Vorerst zwei Lernende<\/h2>\n

W\u00e4hrend den gesamten vier Ausbildungsjahren wird Inacta mit ihrem Lehrling und mit TIE International in engem Kontakt stehen. Auch CV VC, ein privates Investitions-Unternehmen, welches Startups Seed-Finanzierungen bietet, bildet ab diesem August einen Lehrling im Bereich Mediamatik EFZ mit Fokus Blockchain aus.<\/p>\n
