Unter anderem fallen folgende Vorhaben unter die Strategie: Sensibilisierungskampagne \u201eVereinbarkeit von Arbeit und Privatleben\u201c, mobiles Arbeiten, Umsetzung Fachkarrieren, Schwerpunkt \u201ePsychosoziale Risiken im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement\u201c. Deshalb wird laut einer Meldung vom November 2015 auf Stufe Bundesverwaltung darauf verzichtet, zus\u00e4tzliche, bundesweite Massnahmen zu beschliessen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verwaltungseinheiten haben &#8211; gest\u00fctzt auf die Ergebnisse der \u201ePersonalbefragung 2014\u201c &#8211; bereits die Umsetzung einer Vielzahl von bereichsspezifischen Massnahmen wie beispielsweise die Einf\u00fchrung eines Wissensmonitorings, eines periodischen Newsletters oder einer E-Mail-Policy eingeleitet.
