(Bild: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Im Experiment namens \u00abPraktikum Arbeitswelt 4.0\u00bb wird acht Mitarbeitenden aus verschiedenen Grossunternehmen ein vierw\u00f6chiges Praktikum in einem Startup erm\u00f6glicht, das digital, agil und \u00fcber Bereiche hinweg vernetzt arbeitet. Sinn der Sache? Die Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten k\u00f6nnen w\u00e4hrend diesen vier Wochen ihre Kompetenzen in einem neuen Kontext testen und weiterentwickeln, lernen und verlernen, agiles Arbeiten erleben und sich in der Startup-Community vernetzen. Sind die vier Wochen vorbei, kehren die Praktikant*innen an ihren Arbeitsplatz im Grossunternehmen zur\u00fcck und haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, die neuen Ideen und Denkweisen in ihrem Arbeitsalltag und in ihren Teams zu integrieren. So wird zudem der Kulturwandel im Unternehmen vorangebracht, was bei vielen Riesen sehr erw\u00fcnscht ist.<\/p>\n<h2>Regelm\u00e4ssiger Austausch \u00fcber das Praktikum<\/h2>\n<p>Das Experiment wird in zwei Wellen aufgeteilt: die ersten Praktika finden bereits im November 2019 statt, die zweite Welle im Februar 2020. Die Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten und die Neustarter-Stiftung stehen in den Startl\u00f6chern \u2013 auch dank des Z\u00fcrcher Bankenverbands, der das Experiment finanziell sowie mit wertvollem inhaltlichem Input unterst\u00fctzt. Nur wer das Gestern versteht, kann heute daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass es morgen besser wird. Darum organisiert die Neustarter-Stiftung w\u00e4hrend der vierw\u00f6chigen Praktikumszeit ein Mal pro Woche eine geleitete Retrospektive mit allen Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten f\u00fcr den Austausch von Erlebnissen, Learnings und von Tipps.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Neustarter-Stiftung reflektiert: Welche Synergieeffekte gibt es, wie kann das Erlebte in den Arbeitsalltag eingebracht werden, wie k\u00f6nnen alle Beteiligten nachhaltig profitieren und was muss bei der zweiten Welle \u00abPraktikum Arbeitswelt 4.0\u00bb im Jahr 2020 anders gemacht werden?<\/p>\n<h2>Erfolgsmessung durch die ZHAW<\/h2>\n<p>Um das Experiment weiterentwickeln zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen die Erfolge und Misserfolge empirisch gemessen werden. Daf\u00fcr konnte das Institut f\u00fcr angewandte Psychologie (IAP) der Z\u00fcrcher Hochschule f\u00fcr Angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW) an Bord geholt werden. Geleitet wird das Projekt bei der ZHAW vom Leiter des Instituts, Herrn Prof. Dr. Christoph Negri.<\/p>\n<h2>Event im Fr\u00fchjahr 2020 als Schlusspunkt<\/h2>\n<p>Der grosse Jahresauftakt-Event der Neustarter-Stiftung, der die letzten zwei Jahre jeweils rund 100 G\u00e4ste gez\u00e4hlt hat, wird im Jahr 2020 ganz dem Praktikum Arbeitswelt 4.0 gewidmet. Herzlich willkommen sind Vertreter aus den mitwirkenden Unternehmen und Start-ups, Interessierte aus verschiedenen Branchen. Einige Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten werden ihre Geschichten mit der \u00d6ffentlichkeit teilen und die Neustarter-Stiftung wird zusammen mit der ZHAW die Learnings und Ergebnisse aus dem Experiment pr\u00e4sentieren. Der Event wird am 7.
